I'm one of the most in/outish regulars so I get a snipe in and naturally disappear like that absent uncle that shows up every once in a while at family parties with a strange woman nobody knows up to an hour before he fucks off for the next couple of weeks/month with possibly another strange woman for the next family gathering/party. I like it that way, too.

Those are probably shitty PWM LEDs that goes into older sockets for halogen/tungsten lights.
They won't appear as flickery to the human eye but a camera (even a phone one) has a rolling shutter and higher FPS so it can see the flicker.
Older light bulbs use alternating current, any modern adaptation attempts tries to convert AC to direct current via a bridge rectifier. Most of them suck shit and the ones that don't also suck shit.
LEDs are "better for the environment" but they're really not when done incorrectly, ie this. And most LED fittings are done horribly.
