I'm sort of curious, why specifically keep the carrot in its original form?
I'm not complaining though, because this video is absolute gold with OG carrot.
I'm pretty sure the issue with the kimchi is the volume of carrot being eaten would not have matched an actual, average carrot.
I don't think there would have been an issue if you chopped it into pieces, puree'd it, or even candied them.

Zoey tends to be able to gravitate towards making sloppish texture foods (puddings, guacamole) or breads (bagels, that one actually decent-looking cake). I might be wrong though, but I am unaware of anything else she makes.
If I was forced to eat something I hated, I'd have gone a million ways about not eating it in its original form.
