I think the Bman was always a ‘tard before the pills and crack. He’ll (unfortunately) not succeed without intense therapy and adult services and his parents would rather circle the wagons around their boy than fix it.

While Bossman isn’t blameless, I don’t think he was born with a full deck of cards (ha!) or the resources to overcome childhood problems.

It's less paperwork for the PO in Bossman's home county of Fluvanna if Bossman is allowed to go home for a few days and Louisa County takes care of it. Instead of Bossman's PO having to inform Louisa County that Bossman is in custody, Louisa County is the one that has to ask the local PD/Fluvanna County sheriff's office to pick up Bossman, inform Bossman's PO that he has been arrested on their warrant, etc. Shit rolls downhill, Bossman's PO has claimed the top of the hill by not lifting a fucking finger re: Louisa County's warrant
