Sure hope Scott Adams has gone to the fanciest, most expensive cancer hospitals in the country with that diagnosis.

Someone I care very much about had the same diagnosis, same Gleason score, same metastasis to bone. Hospital told him, this is inoperable, so sorry, you've got probably 6-12 months, we can sign you up for palliative care followed by hospice.

Guy went to fancy, expensive cancer hospital and was told, oh, we have incredibly new targeted radiation plus medication regimens, we can probably get your PSA back down to zero in the next few months.

Four years later, his PSA is undetectable at his quarterly checks. His meds make him tired and a little grumpy, but he's still kicking. They say that when these meds stop working (which eventually they will, it's not "curable" at this point, they can only halt its progression, not destroy all the cancer), they can probably buy him another 2-5 years on other medications with somewhat higher side effect profiles before anyone starts talking palliative care and hospice.

After his experience hearing 100% different prognoses from the first vs. the second hospital with the literal exact same imaging and tests, I will be taking any future major diagnosis for any of my family to the most prestigious research institution available to me for a second opinion. Literally from "oh sorry you're terminal, make your final plans now" to "You might have 10+ years to go." What the fuck.

By the way, if any of your old people are in Florida, the doctors down in Florida are called "deathcare" doctors by people in other states. They don't give a fuck about keeping you functional. Even the "good" hospitals in Florida will be happy to see you leave the Medicare rolls by moving on to the great HMO in the sky, and will do what they can to make sure you do so with haste. Don't trust a second opinion given by a Florida doctor (and other super-retiree-heavy states like Arizona may have the same issue). Get your second opinion done somewhere that Gramps or Great Uncle Chuck are expected to live near family that cares about them, not in a golf cart 55+ community.

Aurora is best known for its infestation with violent foreign criminals whom Democrats have encouraged to colonize the US on an illegal basis.

To be fair, Arapahoe county, where Aurora mainly resides, went D+20 in 2024, so you can say that having their daughters murdered by illegals who then get off scot free is exactly what those people voted for. If you don't want Latin Americans to be allowed to murder you, you need to stop voting Democrat. It's that simple.

Haven't either of you ever wondered why I drink only distilled water or rainwater? And only pure grain alcohol?
This is a great movie but I prefer Rusty Cage's magnus opus where he builds a guillotine in his backyard and talks about various conspiracy theories such as the history of fluoridation in tap water.

If you have the ability, go to Mayo, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland or Mass General. Florida healthcare is, indeed, considered inferior by doctors (and people) in other states.

Undetectable? Did he have his entire prostate removed? Because it's normal to have a certain amount of PSA in your blood as an adult male.

Not when you're on the meds they give you for that, and post-radiation. We've been told anything north of "undetectable" is a sign the meds have stopped working. They use Lupron, the "puberty blocker" they gave to Jazz Jennings. It pretty much stops gonadal function entirely, which has some obvious and severe side effects in the sexual realm, but most (not all) men still figure it beats being dead.

sseth has a great lecture on this

tldr immunotherapy treatments > chemotherapy for the most part, gotta shop around various clinics until you find one that is willing to work with you

there's a reason why archeologists studying america will theorize that florida served as a death camp for the elderly

Thanks for the clarification

I cant get over how bad they let Joes cancer get without even telling HIM

Its like if I took my car to the auto garage and The mechanic takes me in and says

"That engines about to rust through the floorboards, its got maybe 6-9 months before your dealing with a catastrophe"

im just sitting there muttering

"Just need 3 months to get to the new car, Just 3 months".

Stretching the metaphor but Im sure you get it. Poor fucker tho. TO THE BONE?!? Like how long did you let his Pancreas eat itself? Does the president not get regular health checks?

The competence of DuPont is not in question, they existed before the EPA. When the EPA was formed, DuPont should have informed them of all the data they had on potentially toxic chemicals like C8, but they didn't. Which is why the 20 year lawsuit and testing of 70 thousand people's blood was necessary to determine if they were harmful or not.

It has been conclusively proven that C8 is harmful to humans. Combined with its extremely long lasting nature, this is a recipe for disaster. Trump and RFK should be taken to task over this, but Biden is not without blame either.

Filtering C8 is expensive and most water treatment plants are not adequately equipped for it. Trump's budget cuts worsen this situation. However the Biden administration's delusional economics are also partly to blame. You can't afford to import infinity people and also filter from the water all the hazardous chemicals that our great nation has produced for profit.
Ignoring reality is perilous.
We know about the effects on Humans but what about the effects on our food or in our wildlife.
