It's very counterproductive. The point of showering to wash your body. You can't wash body that is covered by clothes. It will only make it worse and you'll be even more stinky.
Simply take a shower without any witnesses and recording devices.

If you seriously want to demonstrate washing your hair and want to avoid the wet clothes issue, I'd recommend covering yourself using a large, black garbage bag. You could poke holes in it for your head and arms.
