The criticism isn't unique to Jim but he does openly say that he cranked this out to hit a deadline within the first few minutes of the video, its one thing to be aware that you're beating a dead horse and another to (even jokingly) admit you're just doing it because you have to.

As far as I'm aware there is no confirmation beyond Jim's own word (and we all know what that's worth) but I think I asked this before and @Moja Zemlja was able to clarify based on Jim's social media postings.

Even if he's not on HRT though Bing tells me that the research consistently shows a correlation between obesity and broke dick.
