Lol for real. Vicki would hate that, she doesn't want someone to help her get better, she wants someone to tell her she's getting worse and worse and definitely isn't faking, that she needs the heaviest drugs and fanciest power chairs, all to the tune of tens of thousand of dollars which, if her parents won't pay, proves they're evil monsters leaving their disabled "son" to die.

I also love the overwhelming narcissism of the statement "she is the ONLY doctor I allow to speak highly of herself bc she is the real fucking deal". I think she's too timid to actually do this irl but I do enjoy imagining her scolding her doctors for seeming to self-praise or just assure her they know what they're talking about. "No bitch, you're not a real doctor, only my Florida mommy who tells me exactly what I want to hear (and charges out the ass for the privilege) is allowed to show any ego!"
