Hey @Miss Tommie Jayne Wasserberg , Chase there has no way of knowing what the lies are. It just sounds like you’re trying to cover stuff up. What you should do is specify what the lies are, then tell them the truth. For instance, tell them that we call you a dogfucker, but in fact you only masturbate them. Or we call you a child molester, but in fact she was very mature for her age. And so forth.

In all seriousness, I don’t think he even knows. Genuinely, I believe he doesn’t have a clue what’s going on day-to-day. When he posts here, it’s repetitive and usually only semi-relevant schizophrenic babble, as if he’s remembering a script rather than thinking of an answer. I doubt his reading comprehension is up to much.

Likely he just added everything to the complaint with no idea of how it was all supposed to fit together, hoping his lawyer would be able to make sense of it all.

I just want Tom to make just one ONE competent lawsuit that successfully goes before a judge because having a court record of him defending his besmirched name only to admit masturbating dogs and having a ‘single inappropriate encounter with a mature minor’ would be hilarious. Is that really so much to ask for?

If this lolsuit actually manages to get filed, I seriously hope to God that the court case gets video recorded. Just the thought of Tommy chimping out and yelling at the judge after he/she inevitably ends up ruling against him with him promptly getting booted out of the court by security would absolutely make my day. :story:

There was this one time when I had to go to traffic court to fight a bs ticket, and this other guy who most definitely had schizophrenia or some mental problems, was pleading his case to the judge.

He told the judge that he believed that random people were chasing him around, trying to shoot at him and what have you, and that's why he kept running stop signs and red lights. Of course, nobody took his defense seriously, hell nearly everybody in the court room was holding back laughter to the point where the judge had to tell everyone to stop laughing, because this is like a "totally serious case" and stuff. Afterwards, the judge just crashed out from the insanity, and just dismissed all of our ticket cases just like that!

If Tom's case here actually goes to court, literally everybody including the judge him/herself, is gonna be holding back tons of laughter, everyone except Tom of course who would expect everyone there to take his case seriously. Lol

Tom thinks that he can "amend" the YouTube lolsuit into a sue the world lolsuit and that he can have the YouTube lolsuit, the Sasha Cohen injunction against him, and his lolsuit against the City (trying to force them to seize the building in which he lives under eminent domain and lease it to him) combined into one lolsuit to rule them all and have it granted class status.

He claims to have filed against the City two weeks ago. We haven't found that filing but the Court's search function is buggy.
