That pig is about to be obliterated
Please, that’s a 10mm at best. All it will do is give the sow a hell of a headache. That pig is about to be obliterated
I'm pretty sure that's a livestock stunner. Some concuss the animal by smacking its brain into its skull. Others just pierce the skull for a lobotomy. Supposedly it's more humane than a cattle hammer but I find a lot of the time "more humane" just means "looks cleaner"Please, that’s a 10mm at best. It is, but it looks like a field stunner, which would be inappropriate, and expensive, for that setting. Slaughterhouse stunners are battery or air powered. Even then, it would only render the pig unconscious at best, as it’s more effective to use electricity or puncture at the base of the skull.I'm pretty sure that's a livestock stunner. Do not pity the pig. You should be envious.I like meat. Please don't make me feel sad for livestock.
Honestly, if you like meat and care about the livestock, it behooves you to have even a clinical understanding where your meat comes from. Doing so will prompt greater respect and consideration towards your food; there’s a reason every culture gives thanks for their food before eating (in addition to guaranteed meals being a very recent invention). The same goes for produce as well: something had to die in order to end up on your plate.I like meat. Please don't make me feel sad for livestock.
Oh, don't worry. I'm well aware of what happens.
