I think there's speculation that he wants to blame the messy house and stuff like that on her.
This would be in anticipation to the video being released of his house.
Who knows what goes on in his swiss cheese head, though.
Throwing the innocent nanny under the bus who has nothing to do with any of this, publicly naming her, and implying his fans should go fuck with her in real life (which they did) to excuse why his house was so abhorrently unclean is the most evil thing Nick's done that doesn't involve kids

It is all a money making scheme to extract from the trust.
I never thought about it like this, but this is completely on point and absolutely fucking disgusting. I know somebody who has a trust fund baby (not inheritance, totally different circumstances), and that person would never dip into that trust for anything other than absolute essentials for the kid even though it's a substantial amount of money.

Imagine being such a POS that you're actively trying to blow through your own children's inheritance by any means necessary.
Nick should kill himself.

No sign of Nick yet. He hasn't even set up a stream for today.

EDIT: a funny one from last night

I agree with your parenthetical. It is possible, but unlikely to be Sean. Schneider, Roberts, and Peterson all have clients or potential clients who could/would materially benefit from the release of the body camera footage. It's going to be one of them.
Another theory is that a third contender like EWU has entered the ring. A big youtube channel with the budget for "an entire law firm" that gets all of its views from releasing bodycam footage would also materially benefit from its release.

Edit: @sneedem&feedem beat me to it.

ETA: Unrelated, he retroactively made a new thumbnail for yesterday's stream - lol. He's awake at least.

And he still looks miserable

Josh confirmed on one of older MATI episodes that EWU was requesting the footage. It's a fair bet they're willing to sink a couple grand into this.

Maybe he had drug testing to do? I hope it burns coming out.

Edit: Appatently court doesn’t start until 10. Everyone else is already streaming though. Engaging their audience. But Nick didn’t want to put in the effort. He might have figured eh, I’ll just hold off until court actually starts.

Nick is going to crack soon. The sharks are circling. He’s not allowed to drink or snort the pain away like he used to, and it’s only going to get harder for him to resist. He is definitely going back to jail.

His only release from his self imposed agony is huffing a gas that will eventually make him a drooling, pants shitting, forgetful retard.

Addiction is hard to conquer and harder to conquer if you are a retard.

Jail would probably save his life tbh.

Wow. Is he going for a Guinness World Record for being involved in the largest number of defamation lawsuits at the same time. Have to admit that I started to actively hate him after the nanny defamation.

I believe today is the one year anniversary of the Cokestream! Luckily Nick left it all up on his odysee channel for our viewing pleasure.

Edit: ninja'd!

If he was smart, he'd show the body camera footage himself now. He could get ahead of it and monetize it. The anniversary of the arrest would be the perfect time to do it. It's going to come out. Why not beat everyone to the punch and get superberries?
Because he would have to redact the video himself to comply with MN Data Privacy laws.
That would require actual work.

That would take valuable time away from whippets and lying.

ust an FYI, I'm watching 45 min of STMS at 1.75 speed before pivoting to Nick's stream.

Aaron looked at his phone (dm from his lawyer?) and read it out: "There have been formal detailed complaints to the licensing board for attorneys in Minnesota over the Chaney issue."

Stallyn19 was quick on the draw with the clip on that this morning:

That is some strange wording about "the Chaney issue" as opposed to referring to his recent public comments about Chaney specifically, and even if those complaints weren't just from random trolls like the Keffals days and came from someone who would be taken seriously like James Roberts and/or any lawyer Chaney may have already retained, getting "formal detailed complaints" done before the Wednesday STMS is some oddly swift turnaround if they are limited to public comments that only began on a Saturday members-only stream that wasn't clipped until later, didn't go full-bore until his Monday and Tuesday streams, and pertain to the sort of non-falsifiable he-said-she-said gossip that is better suited to a defamation action for a jury to sort out than a disciplinary proceeding about fitness to practice law, unless Chaney knows something we don't.

That almost makes it sound like the past few short days' comments about things supposedly said by his kids in just the past few weeks actually just skim the surface of a determined campaign of harassment, intimidation, and poorly veiled threats teetering on the edge of outright blackmail that began potentially as far back as Chaney first being revealed to have been a witness last summer or at least as far back as his self-immolating psychotic break back in late October/early November. That would also explain the bizarre timing of him so suddenly blowing up about it now, not only as a front-loaded cope about who is to blame for what would be seen in the nearing bodycam footage release, but also in reaction to recently getting a notice that his various misconduct regarding Chaney has been a subject of investigation for quite some time.

Just think about it: if he had no qualms about his and his surrogates' many months of poorly veiled witness intimidation tactics against a relatively public hard target like Aaron that rose to the level of even being actively investigated by Pomplun (albeit unprosecuted), just imagine what sorts of wild shit was being lobbed at at a seemingly soft target like Chaney in private over the past year.

Between that and the other (or overlapping) active LPRB investigation that @Useful_Mistake already posted about, it's probably about time for anyone doing periodic name searches of MCRO for new filings to add P-MACS to the routine. If Nick's predictably too stupid to resolve these investigations quietly by stipulation and he thinks throwing untold Petrofac-bux at a fight could ever accomplish anything, then all the gory details from months of private unhinged rants at Chaney would eventually have to be laid out in a contested petition for our viewing pleasure.
