ECF 304, Russ wants the a stay on paying his sanctions pending an appeal after the case is completed. He's directing this now towards the district court judge who actually ordered the sanctions, instead of the magistrate judge.
And I do enjoy that he is claiming that this raises issues of first impression. As though the court has never dealt with (even though the allegations aren't true in this case) e-stalking. And the 10th circuit has certainly seen cases of pro se plaintiffs being confused retards.

Greer chooses to ignore court's previous decision and ask for the same thing again.
