Russ insists Hardin is done.

Unfortunately for Russ, he's just getting started. This is the future he chose.
Hmmm? For Public Thought and Discussion
In Nevada, encouraging or harassing a public official to break the law can be prosecuted under several statutes, including NRS 197.090 (Interfering with a Public Officer), NRS 197.190 (Obstructing a Public Officer), and NRS 199.300 (Intimidating a Public Officer). These laws aim to protect public officials and ensure the proper functioning of government.

Key Nevada Laws:
Important Considerations:
  • Intended Outcome:
The key element in these crimes is the intent to interfere with or influence a public official's actions, often to induce them to break the law or perform a duty improperly.

  • Threats and Intimidation:
Using threats, force, or violence to influence a public official is a common element across several of these statutes.

  • Penalties:
The penalties for these offenses vary depending on the specific statute and the severity of the actions taken.

  • Reporting:
If you witness or suspect such behavior, reporting it to the appropriate law enforcement agency is crucial.

  • Taking note that this is AFTER Ruth quoted Russ letter and verse exactly what her duties were under the law. What the law was and that he was seeking for her to violate the law. I think Russ's behavior towards Ruth likely falls under NRS 199.300. If a DA or City Attorney wishes to make an issue of it.

Since Mr. Hardin has elected to act on the information I provided to him, I will reveal the relevant parts in full. Apologies to everyone for the wait.

Mr. Huber has confessed to me that his own involvement with Greer was news to him. Specifically he mentioned that he is now "finding out quite a bit about Mr Greer" and that he was lied to by Greer, though he used the following phrase to describe it: "different opinion on the subject of our dealings.

Further, he fears this may cause him serious problems in the future.

While Mr. Huber did not accept my invitation to cloak the information I wanted to reveal, I still elected to only describe it here. Mr. Hardin, on the other hand, has been provided with true and correct copies of the relevant exchange.

There is more to the matter that I do not wish to reveal yet, should Mr. Hardin wish to use that further.
