Fun little detail in the latest filing is Greer admitting in his email that he can simply blow off work to go to the police station because of this litigation, whereas previously he repeatedly no-showed scheduled meet & confer phone calls with Hardin because he couldn't possibly miss work!

Surely, it's a drop in the bucket at this point in terms of his insane inconsistencies, but it did give me a chuckle!

Dismissal does not get Greer out of all the sanctions he's going to be facing.

Ignoring everything else, surely telling the lawyer you're litigating against to cease contact and not allowing the case to continue (because how else can Hardin proceed without being able to contact Greer) is more or less asking for it to be dropped. "I don't want to speak to you ever again" = no more case.

Edit: tempted to sperg about his brothel plans, but suffice to say making all the girls self-employed is very much not in their best interests (even assuming employment law is a thing in Nevada). i very strongly believe this is a result of russell’s many smackdowns in court, believing he finally “won” after the appeal, having such arrogance at the beginning of the remanded case due to the tard-guarding, and now seeing it all unravel extremely quickly.

it’s a repeat of his dealings with erika. she was the first unpaid woman to willingly converse and interact with him since he was in college. he pushed to hard and too far. when she’d had enough of his bullshit, he melted down in a spectacular way that only made everything worse for himself.

also, i can almost guarantee russell did not realize gmail auto-replied all on either of those damning emails he sent. no idea how he will react when he realizes this.

Since Mr. Hardin has elected to act on the information I provided to him, I will reveal the relevant parts in full. Apologies to everyone for the wait.

Mr. Huber has confessed to me that his own involvement with Greer was news to him. Specifically he mentioned that he is now "finding out quite a bit about Mr Greer" and that he was lied to by Greer, though he used the following phrase to describe it: "different opinion on the subject of our dealings.

Further, he fears this may cause him serious problems in the future.

While Mr. Huber did not accept my invitation to cloak the information I wanted to reveal, I still elected to only describe it here. Mr. Hardin, on the other hand, has been provided with true and correct copies of the relevant exchange.

There is more to the matter that I do not wish to reveal yet, should Mr. Hardin wish to use that further.

This is amazing. Russ is finding more and more people to piss off. I wonder who else he can rope into his shit stained empire of brothels before being fully blacklisted by everyone

Every time I have had the privilege of observing a lawyer dispense advise, the single most consistent piece of advice has been this: Shut the fuck up. When the lawyer has been kind enough to explain this, the explanation can usually be summarized as follows: Every statement you make potentially gives the prosecution or your counterparty grounds to dig into some portion of your life, and the contents of that statement potentially give them clues on where to dig.

Third, I have two month long emails from Roger saying he was open to it. He withdrew because he claimed the city wouldn't vote for it.

Greer seems unwilling to understand that in stating this, he has given Hardin reason to request from Roger Baylocq copies of any correspondence between himself and Greer.

I hope very much Greer is made to pay for this whole unfortunate mess, and that IF Waylon Huber is telling the truth about his lack of involvement, he's able to come out of this without significant trouble to himself, his business, or his family.

I wonder, has Greer given Mr. Huber cause for Mr. Huber to pursue civil action against Greer?

Yeah I agree and I think that is something that almost every lolcow has. He was way too cocky and the judges running interference ironically is what caused what will be his downfall.

From what I can tell this case has been going on for multiple years in more than one jurisdiction, ping pinging across state lines. This entire time Greer has been presenting himself in pauparis, which from what I can tell means he doesnt or hasn't paid a dime into this lawsuit, is that accurate? I imagine the discovery was quite extensive on Hardin's side. So my question is, is there a chance that, despite presenting himself in pauparis, that this entire case's fees and accumulated cost can be laid squarely on Greer? One more stupid question - Null has had to have paid quite a small fortune to fight this guy who hasn't paid anything, is that accurate as well? There is a good chance I am misinterpreting, I want to see if I'm clear on this.

I assume there is some statute against forging someone's signature on an incorporating document for a LLC. So I mean yeah uhh, if I were Hardin I'd do it. Granted, I'm not sure that they'd really be interested in prosecuting. Maybe Huber should do it or start to look into a civil suit if his association with this actually damages his business. As it stands IFP has been recently revoked and he needs to pay the filing fee. He has not, to date, and wants to fight it again. Go back and look it's pretty funny.
