It doesn't matter whether the courts say otherwise. It was overridden by both other branches of government and the Supreme Court that lower courts cannot stop deportations. Nobody can stop deportations. Their due process is ICE does their thing and they can deport whomever they want, whenever they want, as long as that person isn't a citizen.
None of the cases he cited had anything to do with the executive branch's authority to reject VISAs. Yamataya v. Fisher simply stated Congress controls deportation procedures, and Shaughnessy v. United States ex rel. Mezei established that yeah the federal government can deport illegal immigrants based on their political views because Congress gave the president that authority. In fact, Bouarfa v. Mayorka would be consistent with those rules since the executive branch is following the statutory power Congress gave them. He's just trolling at this point.

Having a Student Visa to come here and study is a privilege. Not a RIGHT. You do NOT have a right to be a shit stirrer. There's literal video evidence of these pro Palestine faggots being a bunch of obnoxious fucking twats and actually preventing students from attending class. You start doing that shit? Nah. You're gone. This isn't a "first amendment" issue. It becomes a literal SAFETY issue. Students on Visas do NOT, I repeat, they do NOT have the same rights and protections as an actual fucking citizen of this country. Your "right" to be here can (and will) be revoked at any time, for any reason if you're doing dumb retarded shit instead of doing what you're actually supposed to be doing.

Mmm the law matters until it doesn’t because it’s old and was written before computers. Why do you care about unfair trial libtard.
Illegal immigrants do not get trials and they never, ever have.

The only time an illegal alien gets a hearing is if they have an issue with a visa or have an issue with asylum applications. They don't even get a single hearing otherwise. Their hearing is with the ICE officer that detains them and that's it. The idea that any illegal immigrants ever got trials is a complete mainstream media Psyop that they have been employing to dupe stupid people into thinking that somehow Obama was Deporter In Chief while simultaneously giving the hundreds of thousands illegals that he deported trials and Trump wasn't. Kristi Noem even had an interview, several, where she flat out says that the MSM is lying about illegals receiving trials to fool morons.

Justice Harlan gave the opinion of the court and dismissed Yamataya's appeal. The Supreme Court upheld the law although it had no explicit provisions for due process. The Court did not discuss whether the exclusion and deportation of a certain class of immigrants violated any constitutional rights. Justice Harlan wrote that an act of Congress "must be taken to be constitutional unless the contrary plainly and palpably appears."

The Supreme Court also held that the appeals process under the law was constitutional. While the appeals process was not reviewable by the courts, the Court found that the immigration law still provided sufficient trial and appellate tribunals. It agreed with the government's assertion of administrative competency by holding that the investigations and actions of the executive offices in the deportation process were not "subject to judicial review."

Additionally, the Supreme Court upheld Yamataya's deportation and ruled that the deportation hearings met Fifth Amendment due process rights, as the executive hearing was found to have been in front of immigration agents and to meet the standard of due process

The above is a summation of Yamataya v. Fisher. Please note that it completely and utterly contradicts your position. Have a nice day, troll.

Why the fuck are you all-capping the word "visa"?

When you apply for a student visa, there is a provision that you have to sign and agree to specifically saying that you are not allowed to protest ANYTHING. You, as a student, sign and agree specifically not to protest or criticize the policy of the US government when you enter this country. All of the students on visas protesting can, could, and should have their visas revoked.

I would happily send young white men and niggers alongside them to fight and die to save my fellow whites. It would be the first just war the US has fought in a century.
Sorry man I don't want a race war. Unless they're putting Boers in camps I don't want to hear it. Any intervention in SA will just enflame tensions back home too much for it to be worth it.
This is probably what the battlefield would look like btw.

Could you imagine fighting an insurgency here?
Jesus Christ, that would be horrid.

Only thing that would have been better is Trump noticing how South Africa has turned to shit definitely from 30 years ago, but even 15 years ago.

"We're having the world cup soon here, very big, and you had the world cup there 15 years ago with those annoying, nasty sounding trumpets. You had those annoying trumpets but you still had decent roads but now you have no roads, you have crime everywhere, you're killing white people who can fix these things. I saw the video of the two women, black women, fat black women, and they were scooping up water in the street only to dump it out 20 feet away into the ocean because the broken roads have water everywhere. Lethal Weapon 2, great movie, bad guys, but functional country."

You don't care about a fair trial you care about importing millions of chomos and murderers and then pretending there's extra steps that aren't required when they're deported, usually deported for murdering and child rape.

Even if there was this fictional extra steps you needed to be taken you can't rape the process and then wonder why people don't trust in or follow the process. The constitution wasn't written to force little white kids to live around foreign child rapists for the fucked up replacement fantasies of a few foreign owned politicians

Neither the letter nor the spirit of the law are on your side and its why you lost the election and its why you'll continue to lose until your party is defunct

The main cope by the detractors on the issue of South Africa and Boers seems to be a desperate attempt to mix up "White Genocide" (the alt-right term for the browning of the USA and Europe by mass migration) with "White genocide" (white people in South Africa being targeted for removal and extermination)

You do not hate them enough.

Also the USA wouldn't need to invade South Africa to kill them. Just give the whites visas and the lack of farmers will destroy it.

That's three groups of people, none of whom held it. Persians never held it, Macedonians never held it after Alexander the Great died and the Arabs never held it, although the Islamic ideology has persisted.

And shit has changed since 300 BC. No modern nation has held Afghanistan, invading Afghanistan is usually the death rattle for any empire.
Alexander died 323 BC, the successor states lasted till about 10 AD. That's a span of over 300 years. Hardly "never held it."

How "modern" are we talking? The US? The Soviets? The British? Two of those still have/had empires after their forays into Afghanistan. The Soviets had been on the decline long before their war in Afghanistan.
