Ahrelevant said Destiny needs years of therapy, possibly a wardship, and should be on a sex offender registry. I don't think he's coming back any time soon. Do you have an issue with something he said on Jstlk's stream, or are you just complaining that he didn't talk enough?

I really hope that this doesn't get buried here. Unironically this is the smoking gun to kill Destiny's career and put it in the grave.

"Destiny debates holocaust-denying son; lets him hang with antisemites" is an accurate description of events and a brutal headline. If anyone knows a Dexerto writer and is able to provide proof of Groypers being in Nathan's discord server, thats the ballgame.

It absolutely boggles the mind that Nathan is allowed to come into his stream chat and say things like this. If I was Destiny I would immediately be on the phone with my son asking him "what the fuck are you doing?" but clearly by the lack of a strong reaction from Destiny, this is something normal to him (shows a pattern of behavior to the outside observer.)

Additionally, it proves that Destiny values having Groypers around him/his son as much as he wants to pretend otherwise.

The fact it happened in his chat gives the 'streamer world' a nexus to care, and if a story like this is out there, it completely poisons his brand with the mainstream Democratic base.

This gives someone like Hasan a way to talk about Destiny/Pxie without having to openly take a side on the court matter.

Its a big deal

Kuihman defends himself from footsoldier accusations that he doxxes people and that he elevates KF theories. He points out that he was offered the leaks from Solo and refused them, only covering them once they had been widely commented on already. He also defends reading out Destiny's reddit post about being molested because Destiny wrote it himself on his own reddit, not on kiwifarms.

Clip from May 3rd, Destiny is reading out one of Pxie's filings (you can tell because he's doing his "bad guy" voice - remember, he is training footsoldiers using tone of voice like dogs). He mocked the idea that Pxie's lawyers are trying to get the video removed and says there's no evidence that they have. He also says he checked (you need to log in to do this btw) and all the videos apart from one (?) are still up.

@Null are you able to confirm if Destiny tried to get the videos removed? Sounds like he could've just asked for a fucking court order instead of crying about it.

Every time his stream is clipped here, I am disgusted and slightly impressed by how consistently worse his audio is, every time without fail.

A talented broadcaster would move away from the mic and spare us all those revolting faggy little gasps, or a skilled audio engineer would diminish their presence or block them out, like certain brutal memories.

It's remarkable that Destiny will act smug on his livestream and chat, but absolutely fails in ever sense at court. Hopefully he gets uber fucked

among many others, this is another thing that he is badly losing to hasan on. Whenever i load up a hasan clip i have to check if its muted by accident his noise gating is set so high and yet he never cuts out and can even talk audibly while he’s walking away from his desk.

Meanwhile destiny’s “silent” stream audio is either some weird pulsing or a droning buzz like he’s so shit at his job retire bitch.

He’s also constantly doing that weird half burp shit and you can hear his cum guzzling mouth slopping around when he’s getting ready to say something it’s so disgusting.

a great thing about malicious compliance like this is that Pxie's lawyers can (summarizing here) ask if Destiny is familiar with the typical takedown process, if he's familiar with the site's policies, etc. Then they can ask Null if Destiny's takedown request matches normal communication he has had with Destiny before, whether or not it matches normal takedown requests, and how often Null ignores takedown requests.
 
There is a clip/log somewhere of Destiny claiming he doesnt care about his dickpic being leaked in relation to the Bluetea stuff.

Not sure where it is, but it might make for some great questions during pre-trial examinations.
