I think the funniest part of the photo is someone was clearly going to turn the pride flag into a lgwtfbbq flag and then decided not to bother. I saw tranny fatigue in a nearby libshit town. Fag flags on downtown businesses added tranny flags or switched to lgwtfbbq flags during covid. I highly doubt the principal told this kid her and her pronoun-people friends aren't human beings. The histrionics make it hard to feel bad but she's still just a kid so I do feel bad that she doesn't have an adult in her life to teach her to woman up and not give a fuck about what other people think about your yee yee ass haircut. Yeah, this is 100% a man. PCOS is a very common condition, and women with PCOS still look like women but might have deeper voices or grow more body+facial hair than average (but usually never enough for a full-on beard/mustache in the way a man can).

Clinical Implications -

Although LHRH agonists seem to be the most effective drugs in the treatment of paraphilic fantasies and behaviors, they should be reserved for patients with a paraphilic disorder and the highest risk of sexual offending because of their extensive side effects.
