The golem of Prague story is awesome because it's not just a myth about lying it's a myth about myth making itself and why trying to manufacture reality is dangerous, because you can control your community, but you can't control external forces that may influence your community's understanding of reality and eventually those two things reach a point where they can't coexist

Seeing a trans kid is sort of like seeing a vegetarian cat. You kind of know it's less a decision from the cat/kid and more a decision made by their owner/parent. Kids can't make such life-altering decisions. Kids are the type that will randomly claim to be dinosaurs or sharks or something you can't expect a 4 year old to be smart enough to comprehend what it means to say they're a women and get put on "gender affirming care" from a young age.
