Just because it's ideal and how it should work doesn't make it reality. I completely agree with Massie but understand that Trump neither has the time nor willpower for this micromanaging bullshit. He's been stonewalled enough and dragging this out is just making life more difficult for the Trump Administration. The sentiment is correct but it's simply not in the cards at the moment.
