They are using his own sympathy pity baiting against him...

:ow:

The judge is slowly realizing that this bumbling retard is actually a millionaire pimp that's actively trying to build brothels (to the point where he'd prefer to miss court meetings for his business), he has thousands in cash at him at any given time ready to be stolen, and randomly spends 5 figures to go to brothels. Also has no problem paying the filing fee in other courts.

What a baller!

I feel like filing these harassing motions is a fetish for Mr Stalker. He relishes and desires the unhinged, from the hip response from Greer. Doesn't matter what the judge says so long as Greer deposits 5 steaming smelly pages into the clerks email in the next 24 hours.

The litigation is the vehicle for the fun. Hardin's not locked into the case, the case is locked into Hardin.

Put another way, we're not trapped in here with Greer, Greer's trapped in here with us.

That said, he can put those bricks down anytime.

Here's hoping we get a jaw dropping tell-all when the case is finished.

Same energy as the chaotic good barbarian going around destroying monsters in ironic ways for fun:

Spoiled for choice at this point.
Hmmm, I wonder which tree I will wrap this runaway freight hauler of a case around, thinks the judge.
why not all of them. If I was the judge I would throw this case down an elevator shaft and have it land head first on a pile of bullets. Just so when Greer inevitably appeals it he has to appeal numerous case ending causes.

My understanding is that the exact nanosecond a judge finds grounds for immediate dismissal he cannot continue to consider the rest and must dismiss.

At what point did this walking abortion of a case fall under the concept of following the rules beyond the original tossing it out on its ass?

Nah, he can write a "for this and all other reasons" brief. Then attach that the order ending the case. Most judges don't like to do that because it's alot of work. Also, it's really rare for multiple case ending issues like this to come up all at the same time. Greer v. Moon never ceases to bend the legal system into a pretzel.

Interesingly. Russell Greer (dot com) shows up in the archives starting Aug 8, 2020. So he had at least enough money for a domain name at the time.

Also, other sources indicate that 2020 is when he moved to Las Vegas using a rented U-Haul in December. Gym memberships, tanning, I don't know how IFP filings work but I'd assume he had money for the move by the time he filed in September. I'd guess this is further documented in the main Greer thread.

With each of Hardins filings as of late, I am reminded of the "... litigation is the modern day duel" quote from russ.

Except Hardin is the Doom Guy and Russ is a baby with double pneumonia.
Please don't insult babies by comparing Russ to them.
Russell and his litigation are parasitic in nature and people that have to look/deal/talk/read his shit are lesser for it.
He's a tick. Or a leech.

Out of curiosity, with all the stuff over the last two days, the case is walking to the gallows, but does all his belligerent fucking with shit like adding people's businesses and names to things without their knowledge or consent open him up to further litigation?

OH FUCK

Maybe it's just me, but every time there is a court filing I am torn as to which party made the filing will excite me more.

We have the madcap, loony, unhinged and psycho filings from Russ to laugh at & enjoy. Juxtaposed with the smackdown, calling out, shaming and pointing out Russell's retardism filing from Mr. Hardin to laugh at & enjoy. I mean ultimately either way we win, but when I see the new filing announcement, my head starts spinning as to which party's latest missive I would most prefer to read then and there. LOL
Here you go, @Null, based off @A Pleasant Disposition's enhanced audio. Note there's an artifact around 1:20 where the number of windows on the Zoom screen changed.

Subtitled version here (h/t @reactionary)

If anyone wants to clean the video up with some AI upscaling or what not, please do.
Nice work with the cropped video and enhanced audio to all who put some effort into doing that.
Thank you for the city council footage. It’s helpful to see Greer in the flesh again.

Looks like the same suit he always wears but he’s getting thicker around the middle. Our magical star buddy is aging.
Funny enough, last night I also intended to tool around with the video a bit but it was late and I wasn't overly happy with result so I figured maybe I would revisit it today. Then saw these new enhanced videos and figured ah well, not much sense bothering now (even though my intended revision was a little different).

Then I read your post, and figured what the hell. And now with the updated video, that would make what I intended to do last night much more improved as well. I present you with the Greer-o-vision cut, so now you and everyone else can get a better glimpse of the troglodyte. Close up and personal. And In the flesh. (In addition to the tight crop, I twigged the brightness and contrast a bit.)

POV you just drove 7 hours and had your ass spanked in your vexatious litigation and now you're told to fuck off in under 2 minutes and as you leave they do the 'this fucking guy' meme.
Bet it was a long, sad drive home.
