I've said this in the main Russ thread, but he latched on to a bunch of the ideals his adoptive parents taught him as a child and has never rethought any of them despite all evidence. Wearing the suit shows respect. Speaking politely will get rewarded. Etc. He follows these in the adult world without question, no matter how awkward the situation. Hence the suit to a brothel or a pop concert to woo some starlet. Then when it doesn't work in the adult world he throws a tantrum (through email or a lawsuit because he knows he'd get his ass kicked in real life).

He's got the emotional range of a 4 year old.

4 year olds have this nasty habit of eventually learning lessons through sheer repetition.

I also notice Greer says that the protective order by the judge means he WOULDN'T need to contact the police, which he hasn't done yet.

But he claimed multiple times to the Judge he WAS going to do that.

Yes, Greer is always just about to go to the police, or is on his way to file a restraining order, or is about to seek criminal charges. He's like a greasy, drooling Sisyphus. He can never quite make it to the police station!
