I think you're not getting it. It's a portmanteau (french for when you join two words together) of "Mitsuba" - that's the pink haired girl in the picture, and "ARRRRR" which is something a pirate would commonly say. Join them together, and you get "MitsubARRRR". It's actually quite clever when you think about it.
