Everyone is getting caught up with synthetic man. Something doesn't feel right about this and I know these guys dislike synthetic man for reasons deeper then the fact that he's a jerk, sometimes. My theory is that Kiwifarms has a prominent simp contingent and synth offends womens sensibilities, so they'll dislike synthetic man, despite the fact that you'd imagine that synth would fit in with internet troll culture. My second theory is that kiwifarms is just now functioning as a force for reputation destruction. Everyone could have a kiwifarms thread, everyone is a lolcow.

Thing your theory is about right. I've said it before but I think it's just scorned lovers. The Lolcow thread is pretty new and was after the "Drama" that was basically Synth talking to a VTuber, banning a few people and then that's kind of it. Null watched a clip about Synth's opinion on loli which was basically, "I don't care, I don't want to censor my chat," and since Synth didn't have his seething hatred for drawings Null and then some of the other people in this thread into complete schizo mode. They had a back and forth with Synth apologizing and people demanded the Crying Emoji Inquisition (which never happened but Synth did ban one guy who draws cub porn I guess). And that's pretty much it. A few people will claim Synth's career is over in JUST TWO MORE WEEKS but his streams have had the same number of viewers since the "drama" started.

Think you are correct that anyone is fair game and there really aren't any rules for a lolcow. The Synth fans thing may just be because there is really nothing going on so they have to bitch about SOMEONE. But yeah, it's a few people that didn't like that Internet Daddy didn't meet their ideals.

Maybe. Their threads are usually a mixture of positive and negative comments about them (appreciation threads aren't really a thing here). Once negative sentiment reaches critical mass or some major funny event happens, such person receives a lolcow thread or Multimedia thread is changed to lolcow thread.
In case of Synthetic man it was a combination of those two - first the futa and loli comments, then the vtuber drama brought more eyes on him. People noticed that his fans are strangely parasocial and very defensive about him. Then Claudio opsec incident happened and even more people noticed him and (one of) his fans and decided that they are funny. The fact that Coby got into a slapfight with Null and it was discussed on MATI attracted podscast audience.
To sum it up:
- He's an active Internet personality with rather peculiar views and strong reactions to negative feedback.
- He has unusual, strong relationship with his audience and many members of his audience are rather eccentric individuals.
- He's often involved in some drama, including drama with the owner of this forum.
That's more than enough to earn him a lolcow thread.

I was threadbanned from the Synthcel thread for disagreeing with the consensus. Apparently you need to think all Synth fans are drooling retards, or you just get banned. The thread is about discussing Synth fans, and I was just saying that there is absolutely nothing to say about some of them, like Soycast Guy. Soycast is just some guy who is a fan of a game streamer, what's there to say, you know? I wasn't trying to shit it up. You can't convince me the people posting baby pictures of Soycastguy aren't insane troons who hate Synth, like holy shit. Anyway, Claus is a furry pedo with a hole in his neck who hates white people (despite liking Synth), and I wasn't asking what's there to say about him, because obviously Claus is an interesting sped.
