Claiming you're not too poor to afford the sanctions seems to indicate the defendant's accusations of IFP fraud may be correct. And should certainly allow the defendant to review the original application.

Nice job making Mr. Hardin's case easier.

Yes, Greer is always just about to go to the police, or is on his way to file a restraining order, or is about to seek criminal charges. He's like a greasy, drooling Sisyphus. He can never quite make it to the police station!

Every time he gets close to the police station, his Doordash app goes off and he can't afford to miss a single order.

To sum up:

Russ admitted he made more money in 2020 than he does now.
Russ still hasn't spoken to police.
Russ wants the judge to tell Hardin to stop being a meanie by asking for the document that the judge ordered him to produce.
Russ thinks Hardin is doing a very "annoying discovery".
Russ wants Hardin to stop bringing up "IPF" and to stop 'squawk" about it.

Interesting ‘goof up’ (nice formal language, not) there. Russ requested to speak at the meeting specifically on the same date and time as the court conference. He arranged it after the court conference was arranged. Strange ‘goof up’. Sounds more like Russ thought he could keep getting the court conference delayed by made-up ‘emergencies’.

How, HOW has the judge not kicked this case out yet. Russ has just admitted to being even better off when he filed IFP than he is now! Or was that another ‘goof up’ that the court should excuse him for?

The plaintiff is a lying liar who lies.

Especially since Greer said he had the court hearing "calendared" the whole time.

ECF 314, 315

314 appears to have been backdated

Wait a second.

In ECF 314, Greer writes: "To be quite frank, when plaintiff requested IFP status in 2020, he was actually making more money than he is now."

Then in ECF 315, Greer explains that he has over $5,000 in savings.

Doesn't this imply he had greater assets in 2020 when he sought IFP status than he does today? Is this not evidence from Greer himself suggesting that he committed IFP fraud, or at least that his allegations of poverty were materially misrepresentative? It doesn't make any sense that he's in a worse financial position today, when he would not be able to get IFP status under Tenth Circuit precedent, than he was in 2020 when he did get IFP status.

Am I going crazy or is Greer so retarded that he substantiated Hardin's suggestions about Greer committing IFP fraud?

Okay lots of awesome here but...

We should be done. This should be it right here. Hardin should just email Barlow a copy of this and be like, "COME. ON."
Russ, what the actual retarded fucking fuck compelled you to write this?

Somewhere, Matthew Hardin is sitting with a drink in one hand, and a copy of ECF 313 in the other, muttering "why did I even bother?"

I should sue him for wasting my god damned time
The entire country's justice system should sue him at this point, sua ponte.

Does he still think that you're Hardin?

Until @Useful_Mistake proves otherwise, I personally choose to belive that Hardin is using that account to post updates and collect those oh so sweet positive rating stickers.

It is what Null is using as a form of alternative payment for Hardin's legal work.

He used ALL CAPS, that's how you know it's a real emergency.

putting this on the recort feels like a huge own goal by russ
I really want to know what he was thinking when he wrote that. I mean, the obvious answer is "he wasn't" but there had to be something going through his brain, was he just so caught up with his plights he couldn't grasp the consequences of saying such a thing?

Who knows, but he repeated it, so he obviously thinks he did something. Other than admitting fraud, I mean....

"Please restrict this lawyer from inquiring about anything other than copyright."
"Also, please ban him (somehow) from ever bringing up anything that embarasses me".

I am dying to know the legal theory behind this request. How? Why? On what authority? Where's the local rules of conduct? Where's the case law? Where's the citation, Russ, any citation?

CITE SOMETHING YOU NIGGER

In his mind because he was granted IFP before, he should still have it now.

So he obviously must be making less money now, so that he deserves IFP extra.

This means that when he got IFP the first time, he had more money, because the amount of money he had then got him IFP.

Basically he wants to say 'I got it then, I should have it now even more, so dont ask how I got it then' not realizing that the judge ruling he doesnt have it NOW means that he shouldn't have had it then.
