I'm just not as optimistic as ya'll.

Hardin has given the district judge many chances to get out of this case but each time all he does is tard shield and I have the feeling all these new dockets will be no different.

I pray the cases gets tossed so Jersh can move on but I have a very strong suspicion that this judge wants a jury trial for whatever reason. Again, he's been handed so many way to end this all but he keeps taking it easy on Mushhead and moving events every so slowly forward.

You guys really shouldn't hang your hats on the "ORIGINAL IFP FILING WAS FALSE!" thing. This is the sort of shit that a judge is going to look at, consider for point five seconds the tangled web of bullshit it would cause to try and go back and determine if fuckface was actually indigent or not, then shake his head and say "fuck that. He paid the filing fee, we continue."

I'm not saying doom and gloom and the turdguarding will never stop, but you should temper your expectations anyway.

Exactly. This case should have never gotten past the first hurdle of proper servicing, and we're all the fuck way out over here several years later.

Russ, here's what you do to turn it around bud, you're clearly too busy being a up and coming brothel magnate. You need a lawyer, but your money's busy fighting the good fight against Christians and sex trafficking charities.

You gotta find a way to get the case moved to Minnesota and then there's a lawyer you can get probably for free, at most you might have to buy some nitrous.

If you get a hold of this lawyer you might be able to buy a bunch of second hand sex toys for cheap for your planned business. He might even have some talent he can be a reference for!

I'll come up with more ideas for you to achieve victory, just give it time.

I am on record saying the review of original IFP was a lost cause, a mere 5 hours before Greer's emergency motion was posted today. And even I think this has completely flipped.

It's one thing if Hardin is fishing around, trying to uncover evidence, making inferences from unrelated court filings and LLC data, etc. He's allowed to try, but the court doesn't have to care. However it's a whole other thing if Russ just admits the fraud outright, like he did today, on the record.

Hardin doesn't have to even try making a case or painting a complete picture of Greer's finances. He just cites Greer's filing, cites the judge's revoking IFP when Greer had "less money", and cites the rule that says a case must be dismissed. (The exact wording I was mocking in my earlier post.) It's as cut and dry as it gets.

Especially if the judge is being careful to make judgements that survive appeal, I don't see how he could rule against such a dismissal request and expect it to stick.

Based on the tard/10th paranoia level this court has shown I'm not putting it past both judges to wait until they can stack all the dismissal reasons and do a giant "For reasons x y z a b c d e f" this case is dismissed so when it hits the 10th again only one needs to survive.

At $
Yet somehow, at the same time, he managed to save up $5000... Something doesn't quite add up...

Crusty Rusty wouldn't be trying to commit yet another fraud regarding IFP status upon yet a third court, would he? He couldn't possibly be that stupid...
$14/hour, working a full 40, 52 weeks/year ( :optimistic: ), he'd be grossing $560, or $2160/4 weeks, or $2426/month. For total income tax, including fica (and assuming an employee, so possibly high), he'd ultimately owe about $3700 for the year ($0 state), or about $300/month, leaving $2100/month. So
1) no way he's paying $400/week for a car and 2) no way he saved $5k in a couple of months without additional income. Well, maybe on #2, I guess, if he found a $500/month apartment with utilities included, bc even phone, gas, food wouldn't eat the rest. If $200 car/ month, $80 phone, $200 gas (assuming he's driving for a living), $200 food, $200 insurance for car, no health insurance* and zero anything else, that leaves about $900/mo. So maybe (NOT), since no reason to think he's making wise choices.

*Per this, he would qualify for a subsidy but not free insurance at ft $14/hr.

My favorite bit is when he admits having a bunch of money but denies he can use it to pay court ordered fees because he has decided to "reserve" it for business purposes. Alex Jones should have tried that. If the judge lets him get away with it he is an utter and complete disgrace.
That's what Russ doesn't get about these sanctions. They're supposed to be punitive.

So he has $5000 set aside for setting up the whorehouse of his dreams, but then decides to waste the time of the court and defense counsel in a lawsuit he started? Then the court can order him to pay the $5000 that defense counsel wasted trying to track down his deceased witness. Does Russ have $5000? Yes, he does, and if he tries to withhold it, he'll find himself in deeper shit with the court. The court doesn't care whether Russ was going to spend that on his dreams. Money is fungible. The fact that he can't chase his dreams now because he had to pay the the lawyer who's time he wasted is part of what makes it punishment.

That's why I suspect his parents are in some way involved. If he had 5 grand in no strings attached money he would be getting him his penis sucked.
That sounds right but why would his parents support the opening of a brothel??

Or he tould them it was something legitimate like land developement?
That would explain his tardrage when Hardin cc'ed his dad
You know, I wonder if Russ hasn't lied to his parents about his efforts to buy real estate. He might have told them he's trying to start a business, without saying exactly what kind of business. Most parent's I've met want to support their kids, and are willing to find a way to help fund endeavors that are supposed to have a long-term payoff, like buying a house, or starting a business.

I hope for the judge's sake that he has had a few drinks before reading what Rusty has shat upon the docket this time.

Reading this stuff stone cold sober as a member of the judiciary responsible for dealing with it can't possible be good for one's physical health, let alone one's mental health.
The judge should sue Russ for medical damages, for the amount of years taken off the life of his liver for all the drinking he has do to in order to not have a psychotic break when reading Greer's flings.

When it comes to Russtard (The real one, not the user who stole the Drooling Menaces' nickname), I would almost pay Null to allow me to metaphorically curbstomp his trauma lumps into the fucking legal street. Russell Godfrey Greer is an example of why some people should be thrown into the wilderness to die.
Damn man, what did the wildness do to deserve that?

She had tutors and aides to help her study but it's still impressive as hell.

Downs is a spectrum and some of them are smarter than low iq individuals without downs.

It'd be impressive if she'd done this thirty years ago. Today? I don't trust anything modern universities say about their students.

I was watching an interview yesterday with a Puerto Rican girl who was a student at a major, top tier US college who was illiterate. She couldn't read or write. Most kids learn to read and write at the age of five. but this one had gone through, what, 12 years of American schooling, passing every year, without anybody noticing she couldn't read or write? And her grades were such that she'd managed to get into a top tier college?

I'm sure Downs Syndrome Lawyer will be a great PR hire for some firm or other. I'm betting she's got aging lawyer parents who'll give her a job at their firm. But if I show up for an interview with my lawyer and it's a mong on the other side of the table, I'm right out of the fucking door, pronto.

I've experienced this and can back it up, it is fucking infuriating. When my attorney objected to the court ignoring something case-ending, the Judge was like "🤷‍♂️ take it up in appeals then bitch".
