BasedIfTrue hasn’t cow tipped (imo). Making videos on cows isn’t against the rules and I’ve seen a couple of tubers come through threads before. He never interacted with her before making his video and wouldn’t have interacted with her if she didn’t try to DMCA him.
For future reference @BasedIfTrue, I would probably try to abstain from interacting with them in your comments (if you decide to get your content from here,) just to make sure you’re adhering to the site rules.
I’m no expert though. I’m sure there’s better users than me who would have a better idea.
