Could have the New Scramble for Africa be the outcome if the war stalemates out through a certain level of 'exhaustion' being reached. The German puppet states have a small collapse (due to them expending so much manpower during the war that they can't hold the peace), and some new nations pop out. The German puppets might even be able to pursue their own goals (Schenk breaks away from Germany and either courts the Americans or tries to remain independent, Muller asserts more independence by playing Germany and Italy off each other for backing, and Huttig becomes Burgundy's Man in Africa).
Maybe South Africa splits apart as well, just to maximize the Colonialism Funsies you can do.

Leviathan EU4 DLC focused on south / south- east asia. So it was not just India, but it was such shitshow pdx forever changed how they make EU DLCs

The leviathan dlc only focuses on southeast asia and the pacific. The one you're thinking of is Dharma which was the indian dlc. It wasn't as disasterous as leviathan but it was still pretty bad, it's sitting at a 'mostly negative' 34% on steam. Ironically, despite the dlc being bad, I think eu4 probably has the most interesting India in all the paradox games, the bar isn't high, but it is there.

Not a bad idea actually. It'd be a good way to vary up post-war content for the African RKs. There is actually a South Africa collapse if the RKs win fully, but it's lame in the sense nobody can get involved, not even Huttig. Also encouraging collapse would be a good objective for Burgundy to pursue.

Speaking of Burgundian objectives, I had an idea about giving them randomized objectives. So for one game you might have:
-Ensure the SA war ends in stalemate
-Make Free Indonesia win the civil war
-Ensure Russia takes Muscowien but does not go farther
In a another game you might get:
-Ensure the American victory in the SA war
-Make Indonesia win the civil war
-Ensure Russia takes Muscowien, Kaukasia, and Ukraine, but does not go farther and does not take Crimea.

Of course, Burgundy is the last major I plan to work on, so don't expect SS13 Hoi4 anytime soon.

Just make sure that Burgundy's schemes are fun to play and make sure that Burgundy is difficult to bring down. Burgundy cannot be weak. For any anti-nazi campaign as America or Russia, Burgundy must be the final boss of TNO and can not fall on it's own.

They promised brazil content as early as spring 2024 (around march or april). "Mainstream" tno is basically dead, though there is still hope with 2wrw, chink tno, and the one guy on this thread making "tno kiwi edition." Also thank god 2wrw is a standalone now.

Just make sure that Burgundy's schemes are fun to play and make sure that Burgundy is difficult to bring down. Burgundy cannot be weak. For any anti-nazi campaign as America or Russia, Burgundy must be the final boss of TNO and can not fall on it's own.

I think Burgundy should be relatively weak early on, actually, weak enough that France has a reasonable chance of winning against it. Final boss should be it being left alone to its own devices long enough.
