For those who didn't watch it as it happened, the Greer v. Fremantle saga began at around page 3225 of the main Russ thread.

I’ve learned a lot from this case and others tracked on this site.
Court cases are in the public eye. Some information can be sealed but if you go to court you do so without any expectation of privacy. Sorry Russ, your frequent lawsuits are fair game for commentary.
There’s Federal rules, state rules and local rules that can change when and how you do things. The smart bet is to get an expert in those rules so hire a lawyer. In spite of that, if you only care about chaos then you can go a long way as a pro se litigant. Between Greer, Acerthorn, and Melinda you can run up enormous costs for someone with almost no investment of your own.
Electronic filing access is the bread and butter of vexatious and pro se weirdos. If you have to mail in your filings it’s going to cripple your ability to spam the docket. Always insist on ECF access for maximum funny.
Don’t ever sue anyone. Holy crap what are you thinking? The law is a complicated morass, the lawyers will always get paid and judges are a total crapshoot. Save yourself the trouble and jump right to violence. Be sure and defend yourself pro se, what’s the worst that could happen?

And then, at this point, after trying a totally improper procedure to get the doc and being informed of the proper one, he gives up despite being ordered multiple times to get the document, and tells the judge it's irrelevant (already told that doesn't fly by the judge) and he wants Hardin to pay the fee for it instead. And then, for some reason, the judge has still not dismissed this bullshit.

He was given 2 additional weeks. I'm curious if U_M can find out if he did make the notarized request as the Utah court requested. Or if maybe Greer paper mailed the request in due to lack of a scanner or something. Then the court probably had to tell him how much he owed and he would have to pay that, hopefully they have a payment portal, etc.
