Is it conceivable that "request for CPO" is his retarded filenaming way of saying he filed a motion to have the original CPO request released to him? He did claim in ECF 294 that he had "typed up a motion and emailed it to be filed" on the case:

If it turns out he was trying to insert a motion to keep anyone from accessing the case files, it's a) typical of his stupidity, especially considering the case is already private, and b) maybe (please?) tortious interference, I say with tongue firmly in cheek.

Probably. But Greer saying he "filed" something also sounded retarded, given the context. I'm surprised he literally tried to file something, so I can't make assumptions about how stupid the attempted filing was.

I'm just not as optimistic as ya'll.

You guys really shouldn't hang your hats on the "ORIGINAL IFP FILING WAS FALSE!" thing. This is the sort of shit that a judge is going to look at, consider for point five seconds the tangled web of bullshit it would cause to try and go back and determine if fuckface was actually indigent or not, then shake his head and say "fuck that. He paid the filing fee, we continue."

I thought it was interesting the point that these two particular posters have brought up. Basically you are asking "why is now different than before".

I'd argue that it is different for a couple reasons. One, is simply that Russel Greer has acted like an enormous retard doing things that would obviously try to piss off anyone who has to deal with him. Asking for a Restraining Order on Hardin is FAR in excess of the type of shit that Greer has done before.

Two is that is it becoming increasingly clear that this case will never in a million years make it to a jury trial. I suspect the Judges wanted a Jury trial as a means to have a completely unappealable way to cover there ass for the decisions they have made in this case. But Greer is too fucking stupid to get a Jury trial and will basically never even be able to serve the other people in his amended complaint.

How I think this will end is there will be several stacked motions to dismiss that include IFP, Greer's inability to serve the two extra people in the amended complaint, and all the other retardation Greer has committed and will commit.

When @Useful_Mistake posted the hearing transcript on Wednesday, people in this thread were rightly mocking Greer for all the (inaudible) and (indecipherabe) in it.

Well, I am still barely into the recorded audio, but from what I've hear so far, I believe at least some of those (inaudible) and (indecipherable) entries are the result of Greer being on his phone at the Winnemucca meeting, failing to mute his microphone, and audio from that meeting bleeding into the court hearing.

I would not hire her, but I am giving her the benefit of the doubt that she is probably lovely.

Tips don't count towards income, everyone knows that. But Greer stating he has a paystub to show he's making $14/hr makes me wonder if he has found other employment.

Edited to add: it's possible he has gotten a job and is doing grocery/food delivery as a "side hustle" and this whole paystub thing is a way to attempt to mask his true income by not disclosing all sources. It would also help explain how he's been able to save up $5k and why he's just so busy and it's such a hardship to respond because this isn't his full time job, you know.

In the United States, there is no tax on tips. I want Russ to cite this now and claim it is NOT income any more!
