The P90 as I understand it fits a very unique niche as a defense weapon for vehicle crews, but that's the full auto version without the extended barrel, the reason you'd get the version he has is because you saw it on Stargate and thought it was cool pretty much exclusively, see also Lowtax.

IIRC Tolkien got fan poetry and epigraphs in the Black Speech and it fundamentally horrified him. He got at least one knickknack with it inscribed in it and he used it as an ashtray because that's all it's good for. (He did regret not writing in that Orcs, like any other living sentient people of Middle-earth, can be saved by Eru. Even if they're horrifyingly fat and gave themselves over to the Ring.)
