I believe he'll get bond hearings this coming week. The Circuit court should see him Tuesday as its codified in Virginia that felony arrests get a bond hearing the next court day. Since he cant be in two courts at once, he will likely be set for Thursday May 29, or Tuesday June 3 for the Juvenile and Domestic Relations court (J&DR).

Yes. The judge ordered Austin into probation. Probation has set terms, as established by the Probation office. These terms you may have heard before but include no drugs, alcohol or marijuana, Maintain gainful employment, maintain good behavior... etc

He's literally ordered not to sit in his room and do drugs and gamble. The drugs part is self explanatory, but gainful employment doesnt mean "I'm a streamer and I get some cash from twitch". It means actually paying your bills, which is why I believe he stated when he got out of jail this last time that he had to pay his parents rent. Paying rent shows gainful employment.

Maintaining good behavior is just as it sounds, but violating it doesnt mean only breaking other laws. Yelling at his parents, disturbing the peace by being a yelling nuisance to his neighbors etc are all ways to violate the good behavior. But even more simply, gambling is not good behavior. In fact in Virginia its a class 3 misdemeanor punishable by fine $250 per gamba sesh.

Probation= You are restricted/supervised instead of being incarcerated in Jail or Prison. Probation can only be revoked through a court hearing by a judge.

Parole= You went to prison and were let out early, and are now on restriction. Parole can be revoked even when not found guilty by a judge

Jail= Where all people are incarcerated awaiting trial, and where misdemeanor sentences of up to 1 year are housed. These are local jails run by the counties/cities.

Prison= Long term storage of criminals found guilty of felonies with sentences over 1 year. These are run by the state.
