If you'd bother to read my latest posts you'll see where I have been clarifying the details on all of that. There never was any stalking, she only decided to go after me because she wanted to obtain "proof" that her made-up stalker story is real.
What was accomplished in the courts was proving that people make mistakes, however there was no solid evidence that I had done anything after 2014, and when the latest verifiable evidence is a relatively cordial conversation on Skype, that sealed the deal as far as how the jury would see it. The only reason the courts started taking her even semi-seriously was because the second time my ex got pissed off at me, they decided to take things up a notch and send a "death threat" to the online ex. Because it was done with my name, that's what took everything to the next level.
You kiwis may as well give up trying to argue about a closed case. You aren't going to be able to dig up anything about it, as it's been closed for nearly half a decade now. Further, there is a 0% chance that the online ex will show up here to post, and only a microscopic chance I feel at this point that one of her friends will show up to create a new argument over a closed case. They can choose to interpret it anyway they want because they would only be privy to the results of the 3rd court session, the other two will be a complete mystery to everyone but me and some strangers who lived in that state, so my statements will have to be taken as the facts since I was there and at this point 4 years after the fact I have no reason to lie or obscure the truth about any of these details.
The final result of that case was that allowing a potentially mentally ill individual to obtain a RO on someone who lives on the entire opposite side of the country would be better for everyone than to just let things linger, because that didn't work out the last time. The accusation of calling me a stalker, I was told I could have sued over it but again I chose not to because it wouldn't have been worth my time, and on a personal level I did feel that what I did as a teenager got pretty close. But the difference is that I kept trying to move on after 2014, and some other people couldn't move on.

Print out all pages of this thread since you reopened it, take it to the nearest hospital, and tell them you are having a manic episode and have a history of restraining orders being granted against you.

You're best off passing along that advice to others, because I've already moved on from all of that. The only reason I'm here is on that off chance someone does try to show up again. I don't really expect this to happen, it's an added precaution, see above image.

If it came down to a court room, and you're saying shit like "but they had nothing on me!" Instead of a flat, "I didn't do it" then you're probably guilty. Ab-SO-lutely! After all, it's impossible to prove that I've been up to anything even remotely "shady" since the end of 2021! If there was evidence, I'm sure one of you would have dug it up by now, right? So there's no need to even discuss this, it's a dead end.
I have nothing to hide at this point, all of the holes have been plugged up for years. So all there is to focus on now is my "redemption arc" where I am now defending lolcows from the dreaded bullies that would dare to laugh at her beautifully originally artwork!

Yeah that comment tells me that those "friends" and "ex" who harassed her were probably really him, but the court wasn't able to prove it so the case was dropped b/c of lack of evidence. He's made multiple sock accts on KF and other places already so it wouldn't be out of character. In terms of her relitigating, the girl is smart enough to cut her losses and move on. Doesn't seem like he's learned anything though.
