Man who pulled gun after Burger King worker wouldn’t take drugs for payment gets 143 years in prison​

DENVER (AP) — A man who was convicted of pointing a gun at Burger King drive-thru worker who wouldn’t accept drugs for payment and later shooting at other people elsewhere the same night has been sentenced to 143 years in prison.

Prosecutors who announced the sentence Thursday said the drive-thru incident was the beginning of a series of crimes Eugene Robertson carried out in the Denver suburb of Aurora on Oct. 17, 2022. No one was wounded.

In April, a jury found Robertson guilty of 17 crimes, including eight counts of attempted murder. The sentences for many of the crimes were stacked on top of each other, leading to a long sentence. Robertson had faced a maximum sentence of more than 400 years when he was sentenced Aug. 9.

“I hope this century-long prison sentence serves as a warning that my prosecutors and I will not tolerate violent crime in our community,” 18th Judicial District Attorney John Kellner said in a statement.

After Robertson pointed the gun at the drive-thru worker, prosecutors said he walked into a convenience store across the street and pointed a gun at the head of a clerk. When Robertson saw there was a surveillance video camera system there, he shot at the screen and left, then shot toward two people outside in the parking lot, Kellner’s office said.

The Sentinel Colorado in Aurora previously reported that a witness at the convenience store store told police there seemed to be “something off” about Robertson and that he was “talking about God” and carrying a Bible with a purple cover.

Later that night, a woman who was friends with Robertson called 911 to report that he had fired shots after she refused to open the door of her apartment, where she was with several people, prosecutors said.

Police spotted Robertson at the woman’s apartment complex. He hid behind some bushes before being arrested, prosecutors said.

I'm not advocating for violence need to make that %100 clear. Now if some dirtbag NGO making some obnoxiously high salary for their higher up management which I'm just going to assume as they always seem to do, played any part in taking justice into their own hands cutting loose a nog who attacked/murdered someone I know/love the thought would cross my mind to do something extremely violent and or illegal to the party that made they harm come to them possible.

I tip my hat to the Asian man shot 11 times by some useless nigger they cut free for simply suing them. Frankly he deserves some kind of award for being shot 11 times IIRC and living.

You know, niggers must really hate themselves and eachother far more than any other group that has hated them in history. They can't make up their mind about shit. They over-complicate what it means to be a person, a human being or a group of people. They go around telling everyone else that they're stealing their culture and then go trying to take the power away from the negatives by adopting it unto themselves and their culture.

Everyone minds their own fucking business but leave it to a nigger to rile anything up over anything at all, even if it includes nothing. They can't even be appreciative or grateful for anyone of their kind that has bothered championing for their worthless and confused asses. Always thinking someone is trying to undermine the brotherhood, the hood, the ghetto or whatever the fuck comes off their crack-fueled minds.

They try telling everyone to mind their own business and not get involved with issues that they can't ever figure themselves out from. I just say fuck them. I wish everyday that we just go around and demolish all of their ghettos, take back our land and make it productive. I'm talking about the ghettos with abandoned buildings, ran down shitty mini-marts and gas stations, whatever. Take their power away since they won't have places to go and the best course of action is that they'll just kill themselves and get into gang wars because they're too dumb to combat actual problems so why not take themselves out since they are a problem.

I can't ever imagine what it'd be like being born as and growing up as a nigger, must be miserable with the kind of shitty parents who pump and dump all of the time. A father who is never there and the mother being a practical freak of her own right. I hope everyday that when I die and if I'm ever brought back that I never be born as a nigger, I'd probably grow up as one with enough intelligence to just end it all. End it all and tell the powers that be to try the fuck again until we get it right.

It's probably fake because it's too perfect. Old white lady who doesn't want to cause a scene. Black guy with his foot on her wheelchair just because he can and thinks nobody will call him out. When he gets called out he jumps up like he's going to fight.

Nothing can be this perfect and real.

But I still love the expression.

And the comments were all "I'd beat all three of their white asses" or "I'd start shooting. Self defense, nigga!"

Not "Wow, that gentleman should not have decided to place his footwear upon yon old lady's disability conveyance."

Seems real to me. Credentials: I watch a lot of internet racism videos.

The black man provokes a fight, after instigating conflict via flagrant inappropriate behavior (common). This skips the bargaining or debate phase of a normal disagreement. He then looks around to see if any of his niggas are around to help him beat that white monkey ayuss. None are present, no gun in inventory, so the next step is to immediately back down and shrink back when two (Equally nigger fatigued gentleman) jump in to back up the man in the right. A more perfect inciting incident could not exist, an old lady being disrespected. WHITE men watching a woman or an elder be abused have their learned empathy ignited to the max. It's why we are the good guys and these chimps aren't even close.

This is how you police your community, I love to see it. Too bad it's an extremely rare situation to have only one black on the bus and a majority of whites. For one split second everything got burned down to its core, white men using their numbers to keep a black bastard in line. As it should be. And no one was hurt that day. Just the pride of a violent sociopath.
