step 1. rack up as much debt as possible, ideally by buying things they cant take away from you like crypto
step 2. negotiate paying as little as possible, lie lie lie and convince them you can only pay like $20 a month or whatever for your massive debt
step 3. profit?????

how feasible is this? what is the best way to do it? credit cards? personal loans?
i feel like you'd want to play the long game and build up a good credit score and get your line of credit to be around the cost of 7 years worth of basic needs (the time needed to reset your credit iirc).
i remember also hearing somewhere that you could buy an old company that does nothing but has an extremely long standing credit history which is basically a cheat code for getting huge credit lines, is that true?

personal loans?
That's straight up theft, why do you want to get away with nigger behavior?

Because why stop at personal fraud when you can commit corporate fraud too? If you have the initial capital to buy a corporation with enough relevance to be extended "huge credit lines", maybe cut out the middle man here.

Step 4 you will go to prison.

The only way to win doing it this way is to die before the debts get called in. So, live it up while you can, I guess.
There's no such thing as debbter's prison anymore in America. You can legit just tell them to go fuck themselves, as long as it isn't a student loan or a secured loan, then they can do nothing to you but reduce your credit score. If you don't give a fuck about your credit score, doing this scam is actually completely doable, you just need to make sure to buy things they can't take away from you like the OP said.

Thats what I was thinking. Obviously I don't plan on doing it, but I don't see what they could do to you if you declare bankruptcy and find a way to live off of your crypto

Bankruptcy fraud is also a thing and that WILL get you sent to prison.
Yeah lying about your income and filing for chapter 11 while lying will get you sent to prison, but just don't do that. When the creditors call just don't pickup. There's literally so many people that do this that there's no value in going after you. Also, there's a bunch of laws about debt falling off your credit report if you don't interact with your debtors.
In the U.S., unsecured debt like credit cards or personal loans isn't backed by collateral, meaning lenders can’t seize property if you default. Aside from aggressive letters, collection calls, and eventually selling your debt to third-party collectors, their primary weapon is your credit score. Unless they take you to court and win a judgment (which is expensive and not guaranteed), they can’t force payment. Many people rack up large amounts of unsecured debt, ghost the creditors, and simply eat the credit score hit. It’s not a crime to not pay your credit card bill—it’s a contract dispute, not fraud.

That means if you don’t care about having access to more loans, nice apartment leases, or low insurance rates, there’s not much consequence beyond hassle and inconvenience. Some even game the system, living off borrowed money for years, then letting it all crash and waiting for it to fall off their record in 7 years. Lenders know this risk, which is why they charge high interest and try to keep borrowers hooked with minimum payments. It's a system based on trust, reputation, and leverage—not enforcement.

ITT, OP asks how to commit fraud and get away with it.

how feasible is this?
As a multi-billion dollar corporation that specializes in lending money to impulsive overspenders, I have never considered this possibility, so please don't take advantage of us this way. We do not have entire teams dedicated to getting our money back from "Hellcat PPC LLC"-Americans while sidestepping ((Media)) sob stories, and definitely aren't equipped to pursue you even harder as a Bigot American.
