I know the fact about this is a permaban unless a global moderator or admin take that off.
The temporal ones are basically shadowbans: you still see the profile but clicking it shows you the "this user doesn't exist" page.

That's not actually correct. @Lunar Eclipse Paradox had a red strike through and it was shown on Null's stream that he planned on unbanning him, he saw that he was going to get unbanned after a period of time.
Red strikes-throughs seem like some sort of emphasis, not the length of the ban.

FYI, @IKOL is actually banned. It's the specific message when someone's banned. The "This user's profile is not available." is the line it says when they've been banned. It's a different line when they private it themselves. Is it a perma? No idea

I'm guessing Null doesn't want people who think blocking a child on Discord is a "complicated matter" on his website. He previously banned and strikethrough'd someone for admitting to talking to children on Discord, even if it was with the intention of making them have second doubts about transitioning.

About a month ago, I messaged him directly in response to a thread post about his mother's death and about how he was struggling. I lost my father a few years ago in very similar circumstances, so I felt I'd reach out and share some of this with a fellow UK Kiwi.
We moved over to Discord (I know, I know), and chat a little more. Turns out he's a massive gay who wants some Kiwi dick, and I wasn't even the first target in his sights. Three days later, I don't reply to him in 12 hours and he blocks me on Discord and then spams me with about 4 DMs on KF letting loose unhinged bullshit and then when I didn't bite, he started suicide baiting.
He's been a complete faggot for a month now (negrating all posts, bringing this entire shit into unrelated threads, sending irritating DMs) and I'm at the end of my patience. Have worked with some other people he's approached this way before and we've come up with a little something-something that hopefully lets this sad man earn his pink triangle:
