It is funny and weird how quickly that stack is building. Given his porn and prostitute addiction how soon will it be before we have a Cody Wilson situation? For those unaware Cody Wilson was busted for soliciting a minor prostitute who he said told him she was 18. I can 100% see him get busted with an underaged prostitute in the backseat of a car and see his line of reasoning go:

“Prostitute? The government is out to get me I was just helping to drive that girl home” :really:

“Look I’m sick of all these people who are saying I’m a pedophile. She told me she was 18! I was set up!”:really:

“Look 16, 17, 18. It doesn’t matter. All you kiwifarms incels are mad I smashed hot young box” :really:

Addendum: I'm concerned that my clips are too big. Null said to re-scale videos at a resolution of 720. If anyone has any suggestions, so I may improve the quality of my clips, please send me a message.
My humble suggestion? Install FFmpeg and run this command:

Code:
ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -vf "scale=-2:720" -c:v libx264 -preset medium -crf 28 -profile:v main -movflags +faststart -c:a libopus -b:a 96k output.mp4

Replace input.mp4 with the name of your source video file (including extension), and output.mp4 with your desired output filename. Be sure to keep the `.mp4` extension on that one.
Note: If your file name contains spaces (e.g., video file.mp4), you need to enclose it in quotation marks, like this: "video file.mp4"

  • -vf "scale=-2:720": Resizes the video to 720 pixels in height while preserving the original aspect ratio (width will be automatically calculated and rounded to a multiple of 2).
  • -c:v libx264: Encodes the video using the H.264 codec.
  • -preset medium: Balances encoding speed and file size. You can use faster or slower presets depending on your needs.
  • -crf 28: Sets the Constant Rate Factor. Lower values mean better quality; 28 is quite compressed. For better quality, try values like 23 or 18.
  • -profile:v main: Sets a compatibility profile for the video stream, suitable for most devices and web players.
  • -movflags +faststart: Moves metadata to the beginning of the file so it can start playing sooner when streamed online.
  • -c:a libopus -b:a 96k: Encodes the audio using the Opus codec at 96 kbps.

Note: If maximum compatibility with older devices or video players is important, consider using AAC instead of Opus:
Code:
-c:a aac -b:a 128k
  1. Go to: https://ffmpeg.org/download.html
  2. Under “Get packages & executable files”, click Windows builds by BtbN.
  3. Scroll to the Assets section of the latest release. Download a file named something like:
    Code:
    ffmpeg-<version>-full_build.zip
Choose win64 for 64-bit Windows or win32 for 32-bit systems (most modern PCs are 64-bit).
  4. Once downloaded, right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All…
  5. Extract the contents to a folder of your choice (e.g., C:\ffmpeg).

Option A: Run FFmpeg from the extracted folder (no installation required)

  1. Open the folder where FFmpeg was extracted (bin folder).
  2. Click on the address bar at the top of the File Explorer window, type cmd, and press Enter. This will open a command prompt in that folder (files to be converted need to be on this folder).
  3. Paste and run the FFmpeg command above, replacing the file names as needed.

Option B (Recommended): Add FFmpeg to your System PATH

This allows you to use FFmpeg from any folder via the command line.

  1. Extract FFmpeg to a location like: C:\ffmpeg
  2. Navigate to: C:\ffmpeg\bin
  3. Copy the path C:\ffmpeg\bin
  4. Press the Windows key, search for "Environment Variables", and open Edit the system environment variables.
  5. In the System Properties window, click Environment Variables…
  6. Under User variables (or System variables), find Path, select it, and click Edit…
  7. Click New, then paste:
    Code:
    C:\ffmpeg\bin
  8. Click OK on all windows to confirm and close.

Now you can open any command prompt and run `ffmpeg` without needing to be in its folder. Just open the folder that contains your videos to be converted, click on the address bar at the top of the File Explorer window, type cmd, press Enter. Paste and run the FFmpeg command above, replacing the file names as needed.

Final Notes:
- Make sure the file names you provide are correct and include the proper extension (e.g., `.mp4`).
- If you see an error saying "ffmpeg is not recognized," double-check that you've correctly added it to the system PATH.
- For higher video quality, try using -crf 23 or -crf 20 instead of 28.

Wait, that wasn't an obvious trolling attempt of Kurt when they had that stream and discussion together?
No. He really believes it. This has been discussed multiple times in this thread now. It's kinda annoying, actually.

It's not an entirely unheard of position. I have heard it before from others, on rare occasions.
I think it's a weird lolbertarian thing. That the Supreme Court just created the concept of judicial review out of thin air.

It's just a really STUPID position, if you ask me. Article III, which is an essential part of checks and balances, doesn't make any goddamned sense if the conclusion made in Marbury is wrong.

But how it got started and why everybody was watching the "disaster stream" in the first place is a long story that's very complicated.
Nick tries to claim that no one could tell he was on drugs, which is already delusional, but it hit me the other day just how fucking crazy the next part is.

He says the real reason the cops got involved was because people didn't like his relationship with April. That's really what Nick wants you to believe. People were so ass blasted about his new sidepiece they tried to get the police to drag her away in cuffs for the crime of being too hot and fun or something.

:story:

It's beautiful, man.

Nick is probably gonna seeth when he sees that he'll have to now contend with the same guy that's mopping the floor with Greer, and is likely gonna get the bodycam.

I think Monty's chances just went from good to excellent.

Suffa Nick!

It triggers my 'tism too. The entire legal system doesn't make any sense if you gut Marbury.
This is the first time I've seen his address and it's :optimistic: Drive

There was so much going on when this photo came out that I never even realized how insane it is. What kind of retard wants to take a group photo for their court hearing? You’re about to go to prison. And with his wife and side piece, no less.
What you, AFStreamWatch, and many people ITT don’t know is that Ralph was actually Nick’s shadow legal counsel this whole time.

Ralph has had more time in the courtroom than Nick, after all. Nick had to defer to the Ralphattorney for that one.

Russel Greer will be Nick's ace in the hole for trial.
He can testify about the stalker behavior of Hardin.
The funniest part about this statement is the fact Russell has done more law-adjacent "work" than Nick the True and Honest Lolyer has in the past few years. So if he did pull some gay shit with Russ it would make sense on a cosmic level.

The melt down at Eric July s non practicing lawyer remark was soo mask off it was funny.

Honestly nick lucked out falling into lawtub shit.

The move to rumble locals really fucked up his momentum

Then josh got jelous of how hot April was just like the church people.

Drexel has known Nick for longer than any of us have. The fact that he thinks Nick deliberately drugged his daughter really says something.

Drexel also knows Nick will have coached his children on how to avoid giving away Daddy’s secrets.

Nick makes me wanna fedpost.
Drex is a fucking retard, but he is consistent and he does not fuck around with superfluities when discussing what he thinks of someone.
Nick drugged his kids, simple as.
Occam’s Razor, for a device Nick likes so much.

- Regrets that he can't play most of the clips (due to the Kayla issue). (Can't he just bleep her name and play them anyway?)

It is not worth it. Aaron has more to lose than Nick at this point.

I hope there was a glow-in-the-dark one under the bed, so that when the cops shone a flashlight down there, it was just faintly glowing and shimmering like the ghost of Nick's manhood.

According to Nick, there was a 'funny' giant black dildo in a drawer that the police officers did properly appreciate the humour of discovery.

Shit, I bet you my entire stash of Kayla pics and nudes, that if Nick had an encounter with the God of YouTube, who told him he’d restore Nick to where he was two years ago, if he’d just apologize and say was he in the wrong, Nick’s reply would be a seething: “NO! FFFFUCK YOU YOUTUBE GOD YOURE NOT THE BOSS OF ME!!! NOBODY TELLS CHAOS RACKETS WHAT TO DO!!!”

This what makes a good cow: they never learn from their mistakes. Greer and Nick are great examples. Even if given good advice, they will spit on it and go their own way.

So here's the thing: whether or not he was overindulging in substances back then, he was always the same person inside.

This cannot be repeated enough. Money and fame are amplifiers of personality. Good people become great, and mean people become tyrants.

So, about 1 hour and 40 min. ago, Nick addressed the Drex issue.

- He claims to have only talked to him 1x in the past two years (fact check?)
- He says Drex believes Nick gave his daughter cocaine
- Nick's clearly pissed off and invites Drex to talk to any of his kids about it. "They've never seen or done drugs in any way."

(I flag these things, in progress, for the clippers.)

This is incredible! It also puts the lie to Nick's 'I do not know what he is cross about!' Knowing Nick, he did not know 100$ FOR SURE, so he would argue it was not a lie.
He could grift the whole 12 step process if he really wanted. It would be hours and hours of content.

He could try, but Nick is not longer adept at deception anymore. He cannot feign interest in trial streaming for more thay a few days/hoirs or play nice with other streamers and STFU about his personal grudges.

Let's fucking goooooooooooo!

What an unexpected twist. Wow.

I am not sure how to feel about this. I can see how Nick would take this as a personal vendetta against him from Josh and the Farms, and I cannot say that he is 100% unjustified.

Am I wrong?

Perhaps I am burnt from WeebWars, but I am not ready to jump on another crusade.

Didn’t someone say that Drexel was trying to stage an intervention prior to the Cokestream? @Captain Manning It might’ve been Meme, Sean, or Legal Dicksucker, but I think everyone was aware of Nick abusing. Drexel supposedly cut contact prior to the hot tub stream and Nick stated they were on good terms. It makes me believe Drexel had likely written Nick off as a junkie who needed help.

The kid testing positive might’ve had him go from “my friend needs help” to “he needs to go to prison”.

It was Coomalot. He seemed to be one of the few people talking to Nick and with whom he would interact in the month or two after the arrest. He also streamed with him for his first few public appearances. We got a lot of stories released from Coomalot at the start. Not so much anymore.

Was Coom kicked to the curb?

A couple of things about Drex that I am wondering about.

1. Did he really reveal personal details about Rekieta to Meme Copium, as Meme Copium has strongly hinted at?

2. When and how did Meme Copium and Drexel establish that kind of rapport?

Meme said that he was talking with Drexel quite a while ago. He teased some information like the 'Harry Potter cupboard' that he specifically attributed to Drexel. This 'keyboard attacks has no attribution, but Meme drip fed out more details for the other stories he had, so perhaps it is a matter of time.

Nick is in the same place as Barnes in propounding the law as he thinks it SHOULD be and not making the distinction clear. This is intentional because it riles the rabble of the Internet and motivates donations and engagement.
