Aren't all (mainland) Chinese students attending school within the US, required to report/check in with Beijing at certain points? Heck, China even has special "police stations" throughout the US in major cities, where they pretty much openly run their espionage operations.

Indeed, the article in the thread I linked talks about how Chinese students are required to check in with their CCP handlers regularly.

Give them an ultimatum: Learn to use the toilet, learn how to properly use soap and deodorant daily, and practice their English enough to be intelligible, or return to India immediately instead of when their visa expires.
