Congratulations, you've made the best semi-serious post in this thread, possibly to date. As a reward, I'll elaborate further on your second point;-the court wasn't able to prove it so the case was dropped b/c of lack of evidence.
-In terms of her relitigating, the girl is smart enough to cut her losses and move on.
The "goal" as I understand it, was to put me behind bars. In fact I dare say that became an obsession, but that's just informed speculation on my part. However, that unrealistic goal could not be achieved, so after I discussed it with the public defender, he suggested I take a plea deal to grant her a RO since it wouldn't change anything on my end, being in a different state, and it would get her off my back for good. Sure, it means my record in her home state has a blotch, but I was never planning to go there anyway!
And of course, it should be obvious, but just because someone accepts a plea deal doesn't mean they are actually guilty of the crime. There was still enough evidence that she would continue to litigate me "until the end of time", potentially, those were his exact words, he told me he's dealt with people like her in the past.
tl;dr she got a consolation prize, both parties could settle, case would effectively be dismissed, both parties pay the fees, and that was it! And I got away scratch-free, just like I did when I had my car wreck back in 2018. Flipped my whole vehicle over, and all I had was a scratch on my hand!
You all need to get this through your minds... I'm I.N.V.I.N.C.I.B.L.E. You should follow the "winner"'s advice and think very clearly about all this.
Oh, but...
Do you seriously believe this?we leaked Emily's discord
