I think letting the court know that the plaintiff is attempting to use the threat of police action to solicit a settlement is pretty important

Again Russ bases his knowledge of lawyer behavior on legal drama shows where the 'bad guy's lawyer caves in at the threat of the hero revealing something to the police or other enemy of the bad guy, forgetting that people and especially lawyers do NOT act this way irl.
My folks always said too much teevee rots the brain. The Bamboon's folks should have said the same because between ideas like this and his idea of miners coming to town, not to mention his plans to "woo" hookers to fall in love with him at the Olive Garden his movie and TV driven fantasies have been his constant downfall.

You'd think just openly extorting the defense infront of a federal judge would have *some* consequences but apparently fucking not if admitting fraud before didn't cause jack shit.
This lawsuit has been a constant of my life for the past two years, it's held me through thick and thin providing lulz no matter what, shame it's cost Null tens of thousands of dollars though.

He's slipping on his language, "has got" the police involved, and yet "exhibit A" is just a screenshot of text messages that he sent...somebody. Nothing whatsoever in the screenshot to prove ANYTHING he states in his "supplemental authority."
