I love how so many Greer's exhibits consist of either:

1. Screenshots of him telling someone else some bullshit and them going "uh huh", or...
2. Screenshots of his responses when someone else supposedly confirms that all of his plights are valid and he is such a huge victim, with all of those parts cut out.

The information is completely relevant because it's regarding his status crying poverty in the courtroom while seemingly having funds to go real estate ventures.
Greers' meeting with the city council IS PUBLIC INFORMATION which can be easily accessible. For all his paralegal education, he is quite retarded at basic civics and FOIA laws.
Greer opened the door to the issue when he told the court he had an emergency business meeting in a case that has dragged for 5 years, so yes, its relevant in many ways.

That is a very usual screenshot. Heavily cropped. No date, no time, no recipient, one could have easily made a draft text message to no one in particular and had that exact screenshot. Obviously he did that on purpose since that likely isn't a real text message to anyone, but exactly what I suggested, a bunch of text messages in draft mode that were sent to no one. If they actually were part of a conversation obviously one wouldn't crop out all of the information that can prove it is indeed a text message with someone. Even if he was "paranoid" there is no reason to crop out the date and time other than to intentionally deceive.

I think Greer also forgets that the police can very easily find out if a text message is fake or not, and can easily figure out exactly who, when, and where a text message was sent to and from.

This does, however, open the door for Mr. Hardin to subpoena ALL text conversations between the realtor and Greer now that the legitimacy of the messages is in question. I would think it’s highly relevant that there might be more messages with the realtor discussing this subject. (When discovery resumes, of course)

This reminds me of a video by a Canadian programmer I saw a few months ago. He got a degree and everything was going fine, but then he went into business for himself without building up the right contacts and network first. He had a bunch of retarded clients who stiffed him of the paychecks they agreed on, so he wasted a lot of time in court trying to get them, and by the time he realized he was wasting his time on pocket change, it was too late. He was already a 37 year old with little prospects and less than $5000 in his bank account. He freely admits all this in the video where he basically goes over his whole adult life story, and advises others not to follow in his footsteps. It's very informative, and he comes across as someone who possesses extreme candor and humility. I just thought it was funny to juxtapose these two people.

Those definitely look like very real text messages and for sure prove Greer’s point.

When I was in Lawsuit School (30+ hours of Phoenix Wright on hard mode) I remember that federal courts work on the Trust Me Bro principle for evidence.

Sometimes evidence in inadmissible form can be considered at pretrial stages of litigation. But at least from what I know off the top of my head—at certain stages it would still have to likely be admissible at trial, even if offered in inadmissible form at the moment. And objections could be made, of course. Here, there are so many problems with this "evidence" that it's absurd to suggest this bare screenshot, which has no indicia of credibility or reliability, could pass muster. But it's probably not worth saying anything unless there's some sort of hearing about this particular part of Greer's nonsense, then Hardin could just give a laundry list of obvious objections for purposes of putting it on the record. The judge likely knows how bullshit and irrelevant this is.

i base this almost purely on the text messages from the erika saga which she graciously provided, and U_M’s contact with WH. if any exchange occurred, it was WH informing russell that he had no desire to do business with him any longer (if he ever truly did), and russell texting back plightsperging until he eventually realizes he’s been blocked.

As a side note to this thread, I really feel this guy. Between student loans (a professional degree isn't cheap), the 2008 crash, the damage done to the economy during COVID, and the post-COVID inflation, I know exactly what he means.
