It will be completely at the discretion of the Police Department, we might get a blurry dashcam from the police car outside the house, we might get clips of the bodycams to protect the privacy of people other than nick/kayla/april, we might get hours and hours of individual bodycams with unredacted recordings from the interview rooms.
Fortunately for us, Nick Rekieta is such an idiot, his repeated claims of police malpractice have built a solid case for the full release of all recordings to protect the reputation of the police with the general public. :optimistic:
Now I’m just so excited to see Nick angrily trying to do his best to stare down a detective and failing miserably at it.

Kayla's parents, you know the ones that took care of Nick's children while Nick's parents were taking care of their child.... fuck them and no apologies to them. Human garbage.

Wonder wtf they did, told the kids that drugs are bad, mkay? Did house work without yelling at them and each other? Drove them around and not make it sound like it's a monumental task? Scolded them for neglecting their personal hygiene? Told the CPU that Rekieta's house is a bad place for kids?

:really: I can't wait for their mother to leave me so I can talk about HER fucking garbage evil family to you guys. Hopefully soon... :drink:

The bodycam itself is not really what’ll be entertaining, but the fallout of Nick trying to spin new narratives and being caught on lies. Seeing Nick talk to cops like a retard and, as @AnOminous has said, impotently throwing the warrant on the ground is the bigger point. The lawyers (and Null and the Kino boys) will likely dissect it like a game of eye spy.

I am personally looking forward to trying to see rotting food and bugs.

(Clips while doing chores are just about manageable.) FWIW I wouldn’t call him succinct. But Nick’s faggy voice, arrogance and constant failed attempts at humor make him unlistenable for me.
Aaron can put the fries in the bag. He won’t insult your intelligence like Nick does is my main point. He’ll obviously allude to something if he can’t legally say it and is fairly open about what occurred. It takes him 10 minutes to say a story that might take 7 as where Nick takes 10 minutes to explain a 5 second interruption because he is in love with his own voice

Drugs. And I didn’t say any of that, I’m deeply uninterested in the usual Kayla discourse. She should’ve gone to jail as far as I’m concerned. But Nick is an unreliable narrator and probably makes her seem worse.

No. I think she drives the kids to activities and goes to the grocery store. Basic shit. And we know she does this because Nick would wait for her to be gone to fuck April. Church was also a big part of her life and something she always wanted for her kids. That’s my only point.

None of that means she didn’t fail her children. She did. It just means she isn’t the cartoon Nick paints her as (until the drugs, which started before the polycule) in bed all the time, when he’s the one awake until 4am and sleeping all day.
Aaron said on the KC interview that Kayla never took any non prescribed drugs in the entire time he was there fwiw

I hope they put him with a female Detective in the interview room to get under his skin, I want to see autistic screeching, I want to see him slapping his own head, I want the full Jim Can't Swim experience.

The Kayla interview will be really sad though.

According to Null in a message to PPP he has confirmed that someone has seen it and it didn't vindicate Nick a tall. So I'm guessing we get to see inside of the house.

Im late as hell becase this thread moves so fast and I have shit to do, but were his nails blue before?
I remember noticing his fingertips turning a bit bluish, but never his fingernails.

Nick is gay enough to be a Jojo character.

but he isn't buff enough for it..nor can he pose properly.
A Jojo character would approach to kick some ass:

Nick's pose is to slump over and sullenly stare at his sworn enemies:

Because Aaron is a good boy who never told a lie.

She looked so strung out in the arrest photos that she could have passed for a fallout ghoul whose nose hadn’t fallen off yet.

- Nick's clearly pissed off and invites Drex to talk to any of his kids about it. "They've never seen or done drugs in any way."
Late, I know, but this is TECHNICALLY true. She never would have "seen" the drugs, since Nick was secretly dosing her, and unknowingly consuming a drink that's been spiked with cocaine isn't "doing" cocaine.

So uhhhh good job confessing again, Nick.

100% - used food containers, etc. Aaron said every inch of the table space was used.

Also, Sunny's living space in the bathroom...

Maybe I'll repeat what I was thinking a year ago but having so many eyes on the footage can bring some interesting findings - from false positives, such as every elongated shape being a balldo, to someone recognizing original 1927 French lighter in the garage. I expect to see some interesting books.

It's not even impossible that someone spots some drugs that the police missed in the pigsty.

I'm not saying he wasn't lying, that's why I ended it with fwiw. But I just had a few people yesterday or the day before insist Aaron has been totally truthful post arrest so it's getting confusing for me to keep up with the consensus and I haven't really seen enough STMS yet (it's a hard thing to watch) to make my own opinion on it

Edit - and if he is lying why? very strange behavior

Potentially Criminal (sean) intimated about a very embarrassing item in the house, if it's something like a nude painting of nick, PPP's head will explode.

* Slightly bent keyboard with a number of keys missing.
* Pawverbs book, lightly soiled
* cupboard under the stairs with a padlock on the outside
* domestic cleaning products within easy reach of children, but with seals still intact
* complete lack of underwater mandolins, zero-g xylophones or any other such sporting or musical equipment

I highly doubt this is going to be the case. It's possible with the drug abuse addling his brain, but I think it's more likely he's going to be completely polite, and possibly subservient to the officers requests. The most push-back he'll probably give is an initial "do you have a warrant" and then, after that, he'll probably just let them do what they want, and probably answer every question asked of him, despite the common motif being "don't talk to cops once you under investigation."
For all of his stories and bluster, Nick has always seemed like an extreme beta when it comes to dealing with the law. Yeah, he can go on stream, drunk, and call a judge he has a problem with all kinds of heinous shit, but he'd probably never say anything antagonistic towards her to her face. Even the story of how he told her point blank she fucked up the case and lied was most likely just a story of what he wished he had said to her in the elevator after she, in his mind, almost fucked over his client.

That will probably be the most damning thing on the bodycam footage. The man who talks so much shit about outsmarting cops and the legal system is going to be shown as acting completely beta and subservient to them when he's actually in the crosshairs.

Kayla did cocaine. You can see how she sniffs during the arraignment after the arrest. She snorts like she’s done mountains. IMO Aaron has always gone soft on Kayla. Kayla is the one person who could likely walk out of this being portrayed as a victim if she sank Nick hard enough/ recorded him freaking the fuck out post arrest on her or got Ring camera footage of Nick yelling “HIT ME” in front of Aaron’s house.

Jaimie, pull up the infamous confrontation with the police officer in which he threw the warrant on the ground and replied "You are absolutely bullshit lying fuck off"
