That's arguably the reason why they are building a lot of their newer UI systems in Javascript/Typescript.
C# and Swift devs, and especially C++ and Rust devs, are seen as far more expensive than Javascript drones. Mixed that with the web stack having so much built-in customization, and to retarded executives it just makes sense to move over to those systems, since it's a major cost cutter. Unfortunately, it never works out like that, and you end up having to redo shit correctly 5-10 years down the road.

In mid-sized businesses, I'm seeing a major move toward Microsoft's Power Platform, with an emphasis on PowerApps. Shit's absolutely fucked. I've had to show clients that you can literally hire a small team of good devs to write every single "app" you want, and it will perform better, be more feature-rich, and be far more secure, for a fraction of the cost of PowerApps premium licenses will run you. But Microsoft is vomiting out marketing slop about how it will let Tiffany in HR build you your apps instead of hiring out Steve the developer, and people just assume they're being told the truth.

Because Microsoft is more interested in shoving in data collection, AI shit, and ads into windows than make it lean and mean.

That's why I use linux.

With Linux it doesn't HAVE to be troonshit, but with Microsoft if definitely is total jeetcode on top of years of spaghetti code.

The Democrats have learned absolutely nothing and I don't think the current Democrat Party can actually admit they need to change.

Right now we all see them struggling for a new message but they can't go back. They "know" they need men to come back onto the plantation but after 12 years of men bad they simply cannot admit they were wrong. Yes they say they "need to bring men back into the fold" but how?

The DNC message for the last 15 years boils down to men = bad. What does the DNC offer men? Pay your taxes, bend the knee and allow yourself to be talked over, ignored and don't you dare speak up to point it all out.

What does Trump offer? Freedom, pride, the choice of your own future?

Yah...that's a really tough call for young men to make.

Here's the Applebee's waiter (ya ya I know Sargon posts are bad) but for once he's on target when he talks about how fucked the Dems really are. Lost and unable to admit they need to change they can only doom/purity spiral until they implode. Funny that it takes a cUK to point out the truth.

Pride comes before a fall. Sure, the dems are in a shit place right now. But they were in the same spot as Trump in 2008. When Obama won. The end of history, thousand year dem reign, no more gop winning et. al.

While its very unlikely that the dems unfuck their head from their asses, its not impossible. As long as MAGA listens to what their voters want, they can easily remain in power. The day will eventually come when the dems will regain power. Whether or not they've changed at all. The longest run of one party holding the presidency in modern times was Reagan and HW. 12 years.
