Better than Metaphor isn't saying much. I know everyone spergs about that game but I did not like it at all.

I thought it was worse than all the Persona games.

I try to pretend it's the same thread it was 2 months ago, in hopes that it will return to form when our guests finally get bored. I don't want some stupid circle jerk where I have to pretend that all of Synths problems are purely external (society, his mom, w/e). I have no interest in enabling him. I want to rib him, throw out uncomfortable advice or observations, if Debin can say it so should I be able to say it... On the flip side I don't want to entertain the kind of plebian dipshits who think The Veilgaurd is good, or who want to play gold-star word games and pretend Black Rock, GLAAD and the government (pick one lol, US, EU, UN...) didn't fuck up the entire entertainment sector.

This is why I can't respect Synth's opinions on the whole "gaming is dying" thing.
He dropped the best game in years for *reasons* (watching Jewish slop for easy videos, playing breakers and gooning), and then proceeded to spoil himself on the entire plot.
He clearly doesn't care about games outside of nostalgia.

Really the philosophical feud between the Simpthetic Man style of chimping out whenever something mildly leftist is presented in an entertainment medium and the EFAG method of ignoring lesser examples in favor of more blatant leftism in media is the age old debate between holism and reductionism, only even more gay and retarded.

There is no money or attention in liking things. As a rule, unless he played it before he grew ball hair 'it sucks and is overrated.'

Also I have said it before and I will say it again, Synth's taste is kinda shit. Maybe it's because I had the 64 but I was never into the edgy PS2 janky cam horror shit. Baby games are fun but being a baby game channel is like being an RTS channel or a Half-Life channel, you are going to be waiting between releases.

He deliberately closes himself off from some of the most innovative and/or satisfying gameplay loops on offer usually because of even the slightest hint of crafting (Valheim, Enshrouded, Satisfactory...), He won't do any thinking, card or puzzle games (which I kinda get with the streaming)... Heck he won't even play the game of the hour half the time without much reason given (Helldivers, Palworld, Schedule 1...)

When you have been playing games for 20 years you need to start pushing your boundaries a little bit, finding different stuff to play, adjusting to fact that you don't have the energy to be big dick twitch shooter leaderboard guy for 5 hours on end...

The whole Synth vs Null was just two retards fighting and it really only started because Josh didn't do his homework on the drama.

But I can see why Synth said what he did. Despite what Josh may think, a lot of anti-loli spergs have been ousted as actual pedophiles. People crying about loli are often not genuine and this is more evidenced by the fact Josh himself is a Shotocon. In the end, it doesn't really matter since these two are never going to interact again but I think Josh lacks some self awareness.

On the backstabbing thing, goes back to what Metokur always said in not having internet friends (even if he never really took his own advice). I'll still never understand why everyone (Metokur included) wanted to dick ride Rekieta as much as they did.
