4. All of the above.

I agree with you 100% with one exception - there is always the chance these comms are iMessages, meaning they are end to end encrypted and as such the carrier cannot see the contents. That would likely require cooperation from Mr. Huber to authenticate the communications, if we're operating under the assumption that Shitlips won't show the full true-and-honest text chain.
imessages are backed up to your icloud, i doubt russhole has encrypted backups enabled, they could subpoena icloud for his backups

And if that's the case, then it'd be a great opportunity to subpoena Mr. Huber, which would probably make Saint Coomer go thermonuclear.

Greer should be told to properly subpoena -- at his own cost, although it is likely free to do -- his mobile phone company and ask for a proper CSV or PDF export of his communications with this user, which he will then provide unedited and unredacted to the court as an exhibit. Not a screenshot of this file. Not a segment of this file. The file, itself.
Nearly all such communication is end to end encrypted, also they are not communicating with each but with the servers of the messenger they are using, phone company does not even know which packages go to who

Also there is no reason for them to retain that.

If the judge let him carry on after this shitshow, i think it proves that being a mentally stunted ugly ass broke dick is a superpower.

Or that the judge is straight chaotic evil and derives pleasure from Russ being a retarded menace to the detriment of everyone, Greer's own self included.

Don't get me wrong, I topkek at all these court documents. But see you in this thread in 3 years when it'll still be in discovery :drink:

I think this gets wrapped up one way or another before the end of the year. However that doesn't preclude us from posting in the Greer v. Moon II: Judicial Boogaloo thread that will exist shortly thereafter. The explaining will continue until morale improves.

Honestly I think he's more likely to get extra leash on being a dumbfuck now because he sounds so genuinely retarded in the conference call with the judge.

Now, WE know he isnt retarded, but someone who's interacting with these filings and that voice probably assumes he's nearly brain dead.

I’m always guilty of applying my human logic to the legal system but it seems to me if lawyers have an obligation to quickly communicate settlement offers to their clients then the judge has an obligation not to sit on this with his gavel up his ass and instead he should quickly rule the email is not attorney eyes only.

Hardin has not yet made an official motion on this attorney eyes only bullshit, so it's highly unlikely the judge will step in and rule anything (he can't even make a ruling on an actual three-month-old motion for sanctions upon which there is nothing further to be said and it's been proven that the sanctions are more than warranted). But Hardin did warn Greer in his email response that if Greer refuses to de-designate the email AEO, he WILL file said motion, AND seek yet more sanctions for being forced to do so.

Remember, Greer has been trying to get Null/Hardin to settle for a long time, at least as far back as December when he complained about Hardin not acting like a "true neutral third party," to which Hardin delightfully responded:

He must either no longer be having fun doing this lawsuit, or is worried that Hardin is going to uncover something bad soon (likely related to real estate fraud of some kind)
I’m betting Shitlips probably bragged (in his emails) about how he’s expecting a large settlement check from this lawsuit, so his future brothel business partners better get in on the action now, while he still needs backers. Or something similar to that. It fits the typical modus operandi of Shitlips.

I 100% agree. He probably told him that he's about to win a big copyright suit or something and they apparently bought it at face value not knowing the lunacy of the lolsuit.

If it's simple SMS, it is not encrypted, and all of the information needed would indeed be retained by the phone company.

The police also have the ability to dump all that information directly from the phone if it is unlocked by the user.

Given how deferential to authority we see Greer acting when he's interacting with other humans in real life, police would not even need to get a warrant. At most, they would just need a scary-looking senior detective who can imply that Greer could be in even bigger trouble if he does not let the cops unlock and dump his phone.

A "settlement offer" that apparently came with felony extortion, no less.
A "settlement offer" to someone who probably doesn't even have settlement authority. Russhole was trying to get someone's lawyer to betray his client and give him what he wants, without the client being able to approve or disapprove of it. Just legit criminal behavior on the part of Russhole.
