As far as the tariffs go, can't Trump just change them from being sweeping tariffs and just outline all of the major goods from Mexico, Canada, and China? This court just destroyed any trade legitimacy we could have had, these countries are just going to play hardball now that they know the courts will most likely give them a reprieve?

They literally got okayed for a grant prior to Trump coming in despite having done fuck all at developing anything new. There absolutely is no way they’ve been running at a profit and have been staying alive on federal grants and deluding whatever investors they can to give them another bundle. I literally lost track of how many times I observed them giving guided tours to men in suits when I was there.

I mean I am not a lawyer nor am I a federal judge, @AnOminous is the resident former lawyer here, but as I understand it Federal judges for a while have basically just been faggots playing team sports. The only official way to counter it is via impeaching the Judge, but that never happens unless they actually piss off enough people to have whatever body impeach them.
When I say team sports I mean you’ll get pretty blatantly biased appointments with people who exist to rubber stamp orders or just say no in certain districts or appeals courts. If you follow 2A stuff or 1A stuff (mostly religious freedoms) you’ll see Judges who are increasingly petty and vindictive.

Judges, especially Federal Judges with lifetime appointments, are gigantic faggots in almost every instance I have met them. Just think they are God’s gift to the world and effectively his right hand.

The other remedy is unironically people taking back certain powers via Jefferson’s famous fedpost and lynching a whole bunch of people.

It's the natural endpoint of the "Judicial Review" fiction they invented decades ago: They get to decide what gets to be done in America, at all levels of government.

None of the elites cared when they were declaring it illegal for some plebian to build a fucking shed if some 80 year old boomer cunt down the street didn't want him to or that yes, the plebians had to let a kindergarten teacher talk to their son about how awesome having a dick in his ass feels. But the mentality is there and all pervasive, and comes from the simple fact that these judges feel they're gods in their own domains -- and their domains are the entire US if they "need" it to be, even if they're a part time magistrate traffic court judge.

They're just desperate enough now to actually make the power play to do it because they have nothing else. They lost in every observable metric to Trump and his going scorched earth on them has only made him MORE popular. The Uniparty is in the middle of an extinction level event: They either use their power to stop Trump and take control or they'll lose their power forever.

We have a term for this. It's called a coup. It's what you see when a civil war starts. A cold civil war, mind you -- no guns, yet, but wait until it warms up and Antifa decides to try and pipe bomb their way into the Marxist Utopia their Gender Studies professors promised them like they did last time -- but a civil war nonetheless.

Correct, but this is exactly how the press will report it. The reality is that Musk's criticism of one policy decision is coincidental with his scheduled, planned-well-in-advance departure that was announced from Day 1. But the press will never admit that. Instead, it will report it exactly as this headline is doing, making it seem like he's quitting because of the disagreement, rather than "his contract is expired as planned."

Remember, you don't hate the press enough, even if you think you do.
