A question for mcdonalds employees... How?

I mean this with all respect. I appreciate the service you all provide me on my way to and from work and the world would be a worse off place without you. But how? How the fuck did you wake up every single morning constantly moving, working with people who are miserable and angry, getting abused by angry niggers and worst, all day long having to listen to this?

What made you apply? What keeps you or kept you around? There are jobs that pay the same amount but so much less physically and or mentally taxing. What is your story?

pretty much goes for every job: money and not wanting to starve to death
Right I understand that but why that? Why not retail, janitorial work, construction cleanup, lawncare, oil change shops, and just about any other job that will hire felons? To me it looks like the worst option available. Mcdonalds is never in the middle of nowhere, if there's a mcdonalds there's other places to work nearby too.

Those jobs often require a minimum level of self-motivation and ability to think for oneself. McNogald's and other franchises have systems whereby they can hire teenagers, Mexicans who won't speak English, niggers and literal Mongoloids to do the work without having to think.

Former Mchell employee. It was my first job. You don't get used to it. Especially if you're already the type to hate loud noises. There are other restaurants (if you can call them that) that aren't as terrible to work at than others but I worked in the ghetto so it was this plus trash screaming left and right. Yeah I don't miss it.

Side edit - I see a lot of people asking "how" anyone can put up with it. The answer is either 1. It's their starter job and they're young and desperate like I was, and 2. You would be surprised the lengths people will go to put food on the table. Most of the people I worked with were all Mom's who were there as a second job hire who needed to be there to bring in extra money for their families. Not everyone who works at McDiarrhea at 30+ is a loser, with the way the economy is can you really blame anyone for getting more than one job.

Anyone who has been to a McDonald's knows who patronizes McDonald's. I cannot imagine witnessing the horror from the other side of the counter.

job market being dogshit and (low entry) jobs requiring x years of job experience or too many qualifications despite being fresh out of training/college, so yeah, there isnt alot of options for many people. i rather get my welfare than destroy myself going to work.

janitorial work
Have you ever worked as a janitor?

I chose to do so during college (free smoke breaks and being alone to think about curious things while hauling garbage).

You will deal with explosive diarrhea, vomit, and everything else a human being can produce, and more fundamentally clean it up. On the upside most commercial restrooms have a hose.

The question is how some people are in their 30' and still working on McDicks (that's what I called McDonald's).

I would blow my brains out if I worked in McDicks.

I never worked in McDonalds I always avoided the fast food chains because I knew it was a shit show. I just did regular retail type of jobs. I couldn't ever imagine working in McDonalds or any place like it. Usually those types of places pay like shit, so they attract less than stellar employees. You know how people say you get what you pay for? Well, it works that way with jobs as well. Shitty low wages attract shitty people. A lot of incompetent dipshits and assholes. Anyone competent either won't apply or they don't stick around long. Those jobs have high turnover rates. Meaning people only stay there for about 6 months to a year and they either go back to be being unemployed or they move to another job. Usually, a job that isn't much better. The depressing part is you can't find anyone under the age of 20 working in those types of places anymore. When I go in those places everyone seems to be in their mid 20's and older. Where do the teenagers and high school dropouts work? Boomers say those types of jobs used to be for them but I don't see it. It's not uncommon to see people that look like they are in their 30's and 40's in those places now. That goes for just about every low paying job in the service sector. Take a walk through Walmart or any of the last remaining brick and mortar stores and its people 25-50 years old working in there. Where are all the literal retards working at? Walmart used to be known for hiring the retards. I guess they are all home on disability bennies. They are kind of better off. I worked at Walmart when I was younger, and it was a shit experience back then I can't imagine it's any better.

It can be a great way to work with barely legal teenage girls who don't realize how much of a loser you are, or are at least willing to pretend not to realize because they want you to buy them alcohol or sell them weed. And then usually it's a whole different set of barely legal teenage girls every summer.

As a non-American I would like to have a genuine McBurger experience, here it's all families with children going for the Happy Meal or teenagers who saw them in movies and on tiktok.
To see a sheboon freakout over having to wait 2-minutes, trannies in programmer socks, or a homeless man smearing their shit encrusted anus on the windows outside, what sights, what Weimarian wonders.
