Regarding Russ' brothel quest:
Over MDW me and some friends & family were talking about Vegas. The topic of brothels came up.
We all came to the conclusion that the model is dead and has no foreseeable viability, at least in the US.

We agreed that the best place for a brothel like the old-style ones in Nevada would be Florida because of the amount of retiree boomers who love that kinda sleezy experience.
Greers best option would be to pack up and go to Thailand or some area where the dollar is strong and cost of living is low in order to score the women he wants. Some place where they will gladly accept $1000 to put up with Russ because thats more than they would make in 5 months.

Even if they are willing to have actual sex for money, whores no longer need brick and mortar stores to sell their bodies. They can screen their clients with a few emails and not have to worry about some creep like Rusty from showing up.
