In all seriousness Kirsche really should try losing weight.
It's difficult when you're larger like that because you effectively have thyroid issues at that point but it is doable. You'd just have to severely calorie cut, not even necessarily what you're eating just the amount. It wouldn't hurt to eat better if she isn't already but I'm unsure since I don't keep up with her like that. Fasting is always an option, start out with an 8, then move to 12 hours the next week, then the week after try a 24 hour fast.

if we're building up free advice for her, basal metabolic rate is a great place to start when deciding where to cap calorie intake, undercutting by a couple hundred can also help accelerate the weightloss. moreover after only a few weeks after your stomach gets used to not being as full you'll typically end up feeling fuller on the lower amount of food, leading to lasting lifestyle change. and honestly if her injuries cause so much pain that she's on opioids for it, she should look into cutting out foods associated with inflammation

Absolutely, your entire post was spot on.
For most women 1,200 is suggested even for larger women. I'd suggest 1,400 to start with. Stomach discipline is difficult. With thyroid issues your body is going to be very inconsistent with BMR rates, that's why a caloric count is often used until a sub 35 BMI is obtained.

Food really is a crack that's easy to relapse into because it's needed.

If her injuries cause so much pain that she's on opiates for it, she should also put that surgery as her very first priority above all else, before they permanently fuck her brain chemistry - and I assure you, with opiates and opioids, the decades-long scientific consensus is the question is not IF they will permanently fuck your brain and give you an addiction that's even more crippling than the pain they were meant to treat, but how long it will take.

I don't think there is anything farms worthy from this podcast.
They talk drama, iDubbbz, Hasan, Asmongold, what happened to Kirsche, DEI in corpos. Nothing new, really. However, it was a fun listen, relatively short (~1h33m), good banter.

None of that is very enlightening on who the supposed pedophile on the panel is, though.

The only sexually charged controversy involved that I'm vaguely aware of is Hasan implying Tectone is a rapist because apparently Tectones dad, who tried to murder him and has been in prison since he was like 10, was one. Nothing about attraction to children.
