Is it legal to make porn?? - I'm poor and stupid, but I also know men are horny and stupid so I can profit.

I wrote a comment earlier saying I would rather own a porn studio than work at McDicks if I wanted to fuck barely legal teens , and I started to think about it seriously... Why not?

I don't know the legality of it, but it could be a good enterprise. I find it odd there's almost no discussion of it on the internet about it (there are thousands of posts, comments and the like about starting a business, but never a porn business).

I'm thinking about it, what you fellow kiwi think about a porn studio?

Because you should get married and not lead others into sin. Just marry one of those barely legal teens you want to fuck instead of leading them into a harmful lifestyle like a scumbag.

"Is porn legal?" The fuck kind of question is that?

No, it is clearly illegal to create porn ever since the porn deaths of 1972, when a a porn reactor overloaded and killed hundreds. Ever since then, all the porno sites you see are underground bootleggers that are akin to pirate radio stations, filming coitus as a political statement against the 1%.
That is why pornography is immensely hard to find on the internet and when you finally find it, it's suddenly taken down.
Sites that host pornography are immediately taken down and replaced with a website devoted to prayer from a joint-coalition of large religions including Christian, Catholic, Jewish, and Muslim faiths that came together to make sure that sexual content is not freely spread throughout the internet.

No, porn is illegal. That is why there is so little of it on the internet.

Depends on where he lives. But then again, places like that don't wait for girls to become teens before they're legal.
He's argentinian, let's look that up:

Places that have seemingly low ages of consent often have a lot of restrictions around the activities of people over their AoC but still under 18, almost always including pornography, and usually including restrictions on them having sex with persons much older than them. Idk what the situation is in Argentina specifically, tho

It's legal but it shouldn't be.
It's quite possibly one of the worst addictions to break. Nowadays, porn is everywhere on the Internet. It's free and you can access it through whatever means you want and it's clearly affecting the youth in horrible ways and making them more exploitable by paedophiles. It's really, really sad.

theres literally nothing stopping you from becoming a disgrace to your family, use your smartphone and get someone who is willing to fuck you, and with the right agency you will be living in prague and be bathing in money. however you should like pokemon because youre gonna catch every STD humanly possible.

I've always found it interesting/strange that, in most places, prostitution is illegal, but producing professional pornography is not. Like ostensibly these "performers" are being paid, so what's the difference? The camera? Does the camera make it legal?

Like if a skanky hoe sets up her phone and films her fucking the John, and then it turns out it was a sting, can she argue in court "I am in fact NOT a prostitute, I am a porn actress, being paid $100 dirty dollars to make a movie that no one will ever watch, and I did nothing illegal."

for the record OP is a degenerate and both should be illegal

I'm p sure some OF thots have done this scheme before to allow men to pay them for sex. I'm not sure if any have been convicted because of it, but the fact that one of the participants is paying to be a part of it would probably be enough to show that it was prostitution.
