The most horrifying aspect of FallenFarter is the fact that there's an undeniable level of malice to the things he does. It's one thing to just be a retard and do retarded things, but he actively tries to downplay or make excuses for absolutely heinous actions, which means he's smart enough to know they are wrong but malicious enough to keep doing them.

His face is off in a way that's kind of difficult to describe, best way to put it is that he has the head of a bean, his lips make it look like he's doing some kind of autistic facial strain, eyes slanted downward at an awkward angle, haircut doesn't really help shape his face either, especially since he's bordering on that weird broccoli zoomer fade

Honestly it looks like he has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, could it be possible that his autism is comorbid with being mentally stunted because of FAS? I wonder
