Update number three on the runaway Troon. His wife managed to get in contact briefly just so he could say that he wants a divorce and won’t pay child support before blocking her again.
You have to wonder how much he thought this through before doing a runner.
At some point he will create a paper trail and be findable, either because the VA will be told where to send his benefits, or he gets a work permit or other paperwork for the new life in Canada. At that point he can go „la la don’t want to pay child support”, but that won’t stop a vengeful ex.
She might be able to get his VA bennies garnished via state order. If that doesn’t work, she can apply to the VA for apportionment of his benefits. She should also put a lien on any US assets he owns, clear out any joint bank accounts, and generally burn him with the fire of 1000 suns. He might ignore service (which as a last resort can be done via social media) and not appear in state court in the US, but that won’t stop the court from ordering child support. Any court-ordered child support judgment in the US is enforceable in Canada, thanks to a treaty. He chooses not to pay, Canada garnishes his income, fines him, or even throws him in jail.
The VA will still pay for his medical treatment for VA service-connected disabilities even if he’s in Canada, but it’s
phasing out gender dysphoria treatment. The Canadians won’t pay for his titty skittles etc unless he’s a refugee, citizen or resident, and even then there are waiting lists if he wants surgery.
TL;DR his plan to evade his responsibilities will fail like his plan to be a woman.
ETA he might think he can’t be served in Canada but how exactly does he think he can get a divorce without revealing his whereabouts? Fucking moron.
@BlueCandles please keep updating us if she posts again.
